Շիրակամուտցիները մեկ տարի անց կրկին գյուղապետ են ընտրելու

Առաջիկայում Լոռու մարզի Շիրակամուտ համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություն կնշանակվի նախկին ղեկավարի՝ Սամվել Մազմանյանի, հունիսի 2–ին մահանալու պատճառով: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը կներկայացվի հուլիսի 6–ին կայանալիք կառավարության հերթական նիստում:
 
Լոռու մարզի Շիրակամուտ համայնքի ղեկավար Սամվել Մազմանյանը համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում ընտրվել էր նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերի 2–ին կայացած համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրությունների արդյունքում: Մազմանյանը արդեն երկրորդ անգամ էր վերընտրվում գյուղապետի պաշտոնում, առաջին անգամ նա որպես համայնքապետ ընտրվել էր 2008 թ. կայացած ընտրությունների ժամանակ, և վերջին անգամ վերընտրվելուց հետո աշխատել էր բավական կարճ՝ ընդամենը ութ ամիս:
 
2017 թ. հունիսի 2–ին Սամվել Մազմանյանը մահացել է 63 տարեկան հասակում: «Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 26–րդ հոդվածի 4–րդ մասի համաձայն՝ 2017 թ. հունիսի 9–ին Շիրակամուտ համայնքի ավագանին կազմել է համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունների վաղաժամկետ դադարման մասին արձանագրություն: Վերոնշյալ արձանագրությունը Լոռու մարզպետի միջոցով ներկայացվել է Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարություն:
 
Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 122–րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ «Համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրությունն անցկացվում է սույն օրենսգրքի 120–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասով սահմանված օրերից այն օրը, որ պահպանվեն ընտրությունների կազմակերպման և անցկացման համար սույն հոդվածով սահմանված ժամկետները:»: Շիրակամուտ համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրության համար ժամկետ սահմանվել է նոյեմբերի 5–ը, քանի որ այդ օրը նշանակված է որպես տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների անցկացման օր՝ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի 2016 թ. սեպտեմբերի 29–ի №59–Ա որոշմամբ:
 
Նշենք, որ այս պահին համայնքի ղեկավարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակված Ռուզվելտ Պապիկյանը:
