Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում հետագա լարումներից և կորուստներից խուսափելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները պետք է համաձայնեն կատարել Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հուլիսի 4-ին ԼՂ շփման գծում ադրբեջանական սադրանքի հետևանքով իրադրության լարման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն է արել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը:
«Ադրբեջանի հետագա սադրանքներից և կորուստներից խուսափելու նպատակով Բաքուն պետք է համաձայնի կատարել Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի համաձայնությունները»,- թվիթերյան իր միկրոբլոգում նշել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը:
Հուլիսի 4-ին արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի տարբերհատվածներում հակառակորդը շարունակել է խախտել հրադադարի պահպանմանռեժիմը: Մասնավորապես, ժամը 11:30-11:35 սահմաններում արևելյան ուղղությամբադրբեջանական կողմը կիրառել է 82 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (4 արկ), նույնհատվածում ժամը 12:45-12:55-ի սահմաններում՝ հաստոցավոր հակատանկայիննռնականետ (3 արկ), հարավային ուղղությամբ՝ ժամը 13:35-ին 60 միլիմետրանոցականանետ (3 արկ), 19:10-ին՝ 60 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (2 արկ), իսկ 20:20-20:30-ի սահմաններում Ալխանլու գյուղում տեղակայված ռազմակայանիցադրբեջանական զինուժը ՏՌ-107 տիպի համազարկային հրթիռային կայանքներից (5արկ) կրակ է բացել հարավային ուղղությամբ գործող զորամասերից մեկիհրամանատարական կետի ուղղությամբ՝ 20:48-ին կիրառելով նաև 82 միլիմետրանոցականանետ (3 արկ):
«Հակառակորդի նախահարձակ ակտիվությունը ճնշելու համար ՊԲ առաջապահզորամասերը ժամը 20:31-20:40-ի սահմաններում ստիպված են եղել ձեռնարկելպատասխան գործողություններ, ինչի արդյունքում վնաս է հասցվել Ալխանլուգյուղում տեղակայված կրակակետին: ՊԲ համապատասխան ծառայություններիկողմից տրամադրված հավաստի տվյալներով, հակառակորդն ունի կորուստներ:Ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողությունների արդյունքում ՊԲ-ն կորուստներ չիունեցել»,- նշված է Արցախի բանակի հաղորդագրության մեջ:
