Ընդմիջում՝ նախաճաշից 2 ժամ անց։ Կոկտեյլ պատրաստեք՝ բլենդերում խառնելով 1 կանաչ խնձոր, 1 կիվի և 1 բանան։

Ճաշ։ 3 ճաշի գդալ վարսակի փաթիլներին մեկ բաժակ բնական յոգուրտ ավելացրեք, մի փոքր չամիչ, մանդարին, կիվի։

Կեսօրվա ընդմիջում։ Մրգային աղցան պատրաստեք։ Հարկավոր է 1 բանան, 1 խնձոր, 1 կիվի և 1 բաժակ կեֆիր կամ յոգուրտ։

Ընթրիք։ Մի փոքր շագանակագույն բրինձ պատրաստեք։ 50 գրամ բրնձին խառնեք 1 կիվի, 1 խնձոր կամ տանձ, հազարի տերևներ և մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր։

Ճաշ։ 150 գրամ հավի խաշած կրծքամիս, կես գրեյպֆրուտ, 2 կիվի, 1 ձու, մի փոքր կանաչ սոխ, 1 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ։

Կեսօրվա ընդմիջում։ Կես բանան, 2 կիվի, 1 թեյի գդալ չամիչ, 200 գրամ անյուղ և առանց շաքարի յոգուրտ։

Ընթրիք։ 50 գրամ ֆետա պանիր, 2 կիվի, 50 գրամ եփած շագանակագույն բրինձ։ Աղցանին 1 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ ավելացրեք։

Քնելուց առաջ։ Կարող եք 1 նարինջ ուտել կամ մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր խմել։
