Զինծառայողներն առաջնագծում անսահմանափակ ջուր կունենան. Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ներկայացրեց ծրագրերը՝ ապրիլից քառօրյայից հետո և հիմա

Բանակում և հատկապես առաջնագծում մի շարք կարևոր ծրագրեր կյանքի են կոչվել և դեռևս շարունակվում են իրականացվել. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ ներկայումս աշխատանքներ են տարվում, որպեսզի զինծառայողներն առաջնագծում անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ ջուր ունենան:   

«Ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններից հետո հրատապ իրականացման համար նախատեսված քայլեր իրագործվեցին: Առաջնագիծը մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ մասամբ ավերվել էր. մեծ աշխատանքներ իրականացվեցին, ինչպես վերականգնողական աշխատանքների, այնպես էլ առաջնագիծը նորովի կահավորելու և տեխնիկապես հագեցնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ներկայումս ակտիվ ընթացող ծրագրերից է՝ առաջնագիծն անսահմանափակ ջրով ապահովվելու հարցը»,-ասաց նա և հիշեցրեց, որ  այս թեմայի շուրջ ժամկետային զինծառայողների  ու սպայական անձնակազմի հետ ակտիվ քննարկումներ են ունեցել:

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ ներկայումս ամենօրյա ռեժիմով մեքենաների միջոցով ջուր հասցվում է առաջնագիծ, սակայն այնտեղ  անվտանգության հետ կապված մշտական խնդիրներ կան: «Ջուր և սնունդ տեղափոխող մեքենաները  մշտապես գտնվում են հակառակորդի թիրախում, և եթե առաջնագծում լինեք, կտեսնեք, որ ջրի մեքենաները մշտապես վնասված են, որովհետև միշտ կրակի տակ են»,-ասաց նա:

Ծրագրի ներդրմամբ ըստ նրա՝ ոչ միայն զինծառայողներին օրվա ընթացքում անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ ջրով կապահովվեն, որը կլուծի նաև կենցաղային խնդիրները, այլ նաև ինժեներական  աշխատանքներին կօգնի:

Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականը շարունակեց, թե ծրագիրը կապահովի նաև ֆինանսական մեծ տնտեսումներ:  «Իհարկե ծրագրի սկզբում գումար ներդրվում է, բայց ժամանակի ընթացքում մենք տնտեսելու ենք, իսկ այդ գումարները կուղղվեն այլ ծրագրերի»,-ասաց նա:

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն ասաց, որ Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հանձնարարել է ծրագիրը սեղմ ժամկետներում շինարարական ակտիվ փուլ տեղափոխել:

«Սա նախագահի համար առաջնային խնդիր է եղել, չգիտենք՝ պատերազմը երբ կավարտվի որովհետև հիմնական խնդիրն այն է, որ մարդիկ տարիներով խրամատում են, մարտական հերթապահության մեջ, և հիմնական նպատակն է, որ առաջնագիծն այնպես ապահովենք, որպեսզի ծառայություն անցնողների համար հարմարավետություն ապահովվի, ավելի լավ պայմաններ ստեղծվեն, որովհետև մարդիկ բառիս բուն իմաստով այնտեղ ապրում են»,-ասաց նա:

Ի դեպ, ըստ նրա՝ պիլոտային ծրագիրը բարեհաջող իրականացվել է Ջրականում (նախկինում՝ Ջաբրայիլ, որոշ դիրքեր ապահովված են մշտական ջրով):
