ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, միջազգային հանրությունը ի վիճակի են կանխել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան, եթե ցանկանան: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը:

ՄԽ համանախագահների գործունեության պասիվությունը, սակայն, նրա խոսքով, իրենց հույս չի ներշնչում. «Հույսը մեր պայքարն է, մեր դիմակայությունը»:

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կարող է անել միջազգային հանրությունը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացը փակուղուց դուրս բերելու համար, երբ Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններն այդպես էլ իրականություն չեն դառնում, Մխիթարյանը պատասխանեց. «Բանակցությունները փակուղի են մտել ոչ միայն նրա համար, որ Ադրբեջանը խաղաղության ցանկություն չունի, այլ նաև նրա համար, որ հենց Ադրբեջանի ներսում կա քաղաքական ու բանկային, տնտեսական ճգնաժամ:

Ադրբեջանից Արցախի հիմնահարցի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ հնչող ագրեսիվ հայտարարությունները կապված են ներքին քաղաքական խնդիրների հետ: Նրանք ճանապարհներ են որոնում՝ արդարացնելու երկրում տիրող անկարգությունները, մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարման դեպքերը»:

Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանում գուցե փորձում են ստեղծված իրավիճակն արդարացնել պատերազմական գործողություններով:
