Սերժ Սարգսյանին հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանում Իսպանիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանը

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին հուլիսի 4-ին իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իսպանիայի Թագավորության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իգնասիո Իբանյես Ռուբիոն (նստավայրը՝ Մոսկվա):
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին պաշտոնն ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և հաջողություններ մաղթել մեր երկրում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն իրականացնելու գործում։ Նշելով, որ չնայած հայ-իսպանական միջպետական կապերն սկսել են զարգանալ երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից ի վեր անցած 25 տարիների ընթացքում, Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ հնագույն մշակույթի և ընդհանուր քրիստոնեական արժեհամակարգի կրողներ հայ և իսպանացի ժողովուրդները բարեկամական հարաբերություններ են ունեցել շատ ավելի վաղ ժամանակներից և մշտապես փոխադարձ համակրանք են տածել միմյանց նկատմամբ: Հանրապետության Նախագահի համոզմամբ, այդ հանգամանքը երկուստեք պարտավորեցնող է, և անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել ջանքերը բոլոր ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու և երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ամրապնդելու համար:
Դեսպան Ռուբիոն շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահին ընդունելության և շնորհավորանքի համար, վստահեցրել, որ կանի ամեն հնարավորը խորացնելու բարեկամ Հայաստանի հետ Իսպանիայի հարաբերությունները, Հայաստանն իր հարուստ մշակույթով, պատմությամբ և ներդրումային հնարավորություններով ավելի ճանաչելի դարձնելու Իսպանիայում՝ խրախուսելով երկու երկրների հասարակությունների միջև շփումները, նպաստելով նաև գործարար կապերի հաստատմանն ու տարբեր ոլորտներում ակտիվ փոխշփումներին:
Հանդիպմանը հայ-իսպանական երկկողմ հարաբերություններից բացի, անդրադարձ է եղել ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցությանը: Դեսպան Ռուբիոն նշել է, որ ԵՄ ակտիվ անդամ Իսպանիան պատրաստ է աջակցել Հայաստանին ԵՄ-ի հետ համագործակցության զարգացման ճանապարհին:
