ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը նախազգուշացնում է ամռան եղանակին խուսափել խոտածածկ տարածքներում խարույկներ վառելուց և, հատկապես, ապակյա տարաներով աղբը նետելուց:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ աշխատակազմի պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության Հրդեհների հաշվառման, վերլուծության և հակահրդեհային քարոզչության բաժնի պետ Սերգեյ Հայրապետյանը: «Հիմնական հրդեհները` լինի դա ամռան տապին, թե ցուրտ օրերին կապված են լինում մարդկային գործոնի հետ`անզգուշության և անփութության պատճառով: Իհարկե, կան նաև բնակլիմայական պայմաններ` արևի ճառագայթներից առաջացած հրդեհներ, բայց այստեղ նույնպես մարդկային գործոնն իր դերն ունի: Հանգստի գնալուց հետո, մարդիկ իրենցից հետո թողնում են աղբը, որտեղ կան ապակյա շշեր, որոնց վրա այդ ժամանակ արևի ճառագայթները կարող են ընկնել և ապակին ոսպնյակի դեր կատարելով բռնկման աղբյուր կարող է հանդիսանալ»,- նշեց Հայրապետյանը:
Ներկայացնելով իրենց գերատեսչության հիմնական աշխատանքը կապված հրդեհների կանխարգելման, ռիսկի գործոնը նվազեցնելու հետ, նա ասաց, որ կարևորագույն ուղղությունը հակահրդեհային քարոզչությունն է:
«Մեր հիմնական աշխատանքը հրդեհների կանխարգելման, ռիսկի գործոնը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ հակահրդեհային քարոզչությունն է, որն իրականացնում ենք նաև լրատվամիջոցների միջոցով: Գյուղական, անտառաշատ տարածքներում մենք իրականացնում ենք իրազեկման, բացատրական տարբեր միջոցառումներ: Եղանակային այս պայմաններում, իհարկե, հրդեհների ռիսկն ավելի մեծ է, բայց մեր աշխատանքն այս պարագայում սահմանափակվում է: Անտառներում մենք վերահսկողություն չենք իրականացնում, այդ հարցերով զբաղվում են համապատասխան անտառտնտեսությունները»,- ասաց Հրդեհների հաշվառման, վերլուծության և հակահրդեհային քարոզչության բաժնի պետը:
Նա ևս մեկ անգամ նախազգուշացրեց, որ պետք է պահպանել հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները: Հրդեհների հաշվառման, վերլուծության և հակահրդեհային քարոզչության բաժնի պետի խոսքով՝ պետք չէ խարույկներ վառել խոտածածկ տարածքներում, չհանգցրած ծխախոտի մնացորդը չգցել:
