Ադրբեջանի մասին հրապարակված նյութերը եւս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ գործ ունենք ահաբեկչական պետության հետ. Դավիթ Բաբայան

 Բոլոր պետությունները գիտեն, որ Ադրբեջանը միշտ էլ եղել է տարանցիկ տարածք միջազգային  ահաբեկչության համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հավաստիացրեց Արցախի Հանրապետության մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ մեկնաբանելով Բուլղարիայի ամենամեծ տպաքանակով օրաթերթը համարվող «Տրուդ» պարբերականի կայքում հրապարակված սկանդալային հետաքննությունը, որը բացահայտել է ադրբեջանական պետական օղակների ուղղակի ներգրավվածությունը աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում գործող իսլամական ահաբեկչական խմբերի զինման գործում:

Նրա խոսքով՝ սա ցույց է տալիս այն իրական պատկերը, որը տիրում է Ադրբեջանում:«Ադրբեջանում ապաքինվում եւ բուժվում էին օրինակ չեչեն գրոհայինները, աֆղան մոջահեդները, գորշ գայլերի, իսլամական պետության խմբավորումների ներկայացուցիչները. այս փաստերը բոլորը գիտեն, եւ հրապարակված  նյութերը եւս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ  գործ ունենք ահաբեկչական պետության  հետ»,-նշեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ շեշտելով, որ  տվյալները հրապարակելուց առավել պետք է դիտարկվի միջազգային հանրության կողմից հարցին հետամուտ լինելու խնդիրը:

Նրա համոզմամբ՝ նման պետությունները պետք է առնվազն պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն:

«Ողջ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը պատերազմ է վարում ահաբեկչության դեմ, եւ պետություններից մեկը կարծես թե խլուրդի պես նրանց շարքերում ընկած տանում է ապակառուցողական, վտանգավոր ահաբեկչական քաղաքականություն: Եթե մի պետության ղեկավարն ասում է, որ խփելու են Ստեփանակերտ-Երեւան չվերթ իրականացնող քաղաքացիական օդանավը, եւ որեւէ արձագանք չկա միջազգային հանրության կողմից, ապա  սա արդեն միջազգային հանրության խնդիրն է:  Մեզնից կախված է, որ եւս մեկ անգամ իրազեկենք, ուժեղացնենք մեր անվտանգությունը, մնացածը միջազգային հանրության կողմից հետամուտ լինելու խնդիրն է, որովհետեւ նրանց դա նրանց լիազորության ներքո է»,-եզրափակեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:

Բուլղարական թերթի հոդվածագիր Դիլյանա Գայտանջիևայի՝ հուլիսի 2-ին հրապարակված հետաքննական նյութում անդրադարձ է կատարվել հիմնականում Ադրբեջանի Silk Way Airlines պետական ընկերության կողմից դիվանագիտական բեռների անվան տակ քողարկմամբ Սիրիա, Իրաք, Աֆղանստան, Պակիստան և Կոնգո զենքի անօրինական և լայնամասշտաբ արտահանմանն ու վաճառքին։

Հոդվածը հրապարակվել է, երբ բուլղարացի հաքերների Anonymus Bulgaria խումբը կոտրել է Սոֆիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան ցանցն ու փաստաթղթերը դարձրել հասանելի։ Հոդվածագիրը նշում է, որ վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական ընկերությունը քողարկվել է դիվանագիտական ծխածածկույթով՝ աշխարհի տարբեր թեժ կետեր տասնյակ տոննաներ զենք և զինամթերք ուղարկելու համար։ Այդ զինատեսակների մեծ մասն օգտագործվել է ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների կողմից։ Հոդվածագիրը նշում է նաև, որ Ադրբեջանի տեղափոխած զենքի մի մասը կարող է օգտագործված լինել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։ Խոսուն փաստերով ապացուցվում է, որ 2016թ․Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հայտարարությունն այն մասին, իբր հայկական կողմը սպիտակ ֆոսֆոր է օգտագործել ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան կեղծիք։
