«Ֆիթչ» միջազգային վարկանիշային ընկերության ցանկում Հայաստանի ռիսկ պրեմիան, որը հաշվարկվում է ԱՄՆ-ի համապատասխան պետական արժեթղթերի նկատմամբ տարբերությամբ, ավելի լավ վիճակում է, քան համադրելի երկրներինը, այդ թվում՝ նաև տարածաշրջանի երկրներինը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հուլիսի 4-ին` լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ներկայումս մեր վարկանիշը Հունաստանից, Ուկրաինայից լավ է, համադրելի է Վրաստանի, Մոլդովայի հետ:
«Ռիսկ պրեմիան» այն լրացուցիչ տոկոսն է, որը ռիսկերից զատ տոկոսադրույքներից վճարում ենք ԱՄՆ-ին: Մեր երկրի պարագայում այն կազմում է մոտ 4-5 տոկոս, որը ցածր է մյուս համադրելի երկրների ցուցանիշներից»,- ասաց Երիցյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` վարկանիշը անաչառ, օբյեկտիվ գնահատական է տվյալ երկրի կամ կազմակերպության հնարավոր դեֆոլտի հավանականության վերաբերյալ, որն արվում է ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրողների համար, որպեսզի նրանք ուղղակի ընկերությունների համար բաժնետեր դառնան: Նա նաև նշեց, որ ընկերությունների համար վարկանիշը ռիսկի գնահատական է, թե ինչ ժամկետով և ինչ տոկոսադրույքով կարելի է ներդրում կատարել:
«Ֆիթչ» ընկերության ԱՊՀ եւ Սևծովյան տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի ղեկավար Դմիտրի Սուրկովի խոսքով` իրենք աշխատում են հայաստանյան երեք բանկերի հետ: «Ներկայումս մենք հրապարակել ենք Հայաստանի երեք վարկանիշներ: Կարծում ենք, առաջիկայում մեր պորտֆելը Հայաստանում կաճի: Արդեն պաշտոնապես կնքվել են մի շարք ընկերությունների հետ պայմանագրեր: Կարծում ենք, որ կրեդիտային վարկանիշ ունեցող հայկական բանկերի տեսանելիությունը միջազգային ներդրողների աչքերին կբարձրանա»,- ասաց նա:
