Դեպի Մոսկվա ավիատոմսը փետրվարին գնվել է 117 հազար, սեպտեմբերին՝ 264 հազար դրամով

Առողջապահության նախարարության 2016 թ. բյուջեն կազմել է 80 միլիարդ 151 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ, որից ծախսերը կազմել են 79 միլիարդ 210 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ:

«Փաստ» օրաթերթի՝ Առողջապահության նախարարության աշխատակիցների գործուղումների վերաբերյալ հարցմանը նախարարությունից հետևյալ պատասխանն են ուղարկել:

«2016 թ. առողջապահության նախարարի գործուղումների համար պետական բյուջեից գումար չի հատկացվել: Պետական բյուջեից գումար է հատկացվել նախարարի տեղակալների 5 գործուղումների համար՝ մասնակցելու ԵԱՏՄ համաժողովներին և միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովների նիստերին: Պետական բյուջեից գումար է հատկացվել նաև Մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման վարչության մայրական և վերարտադրողական առողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետի գործուղման համար՝ մասնակցելու ՄԱԿ կոնվենցիայի զեկույցների քննարկմանը»,– կարդում ենք հարցման պատասխանում:

Մեզ նաև տեղեկացրել են, որ պետական բյուջեով Առողջապահության նախարարությանը պաշտոնական գործուղումների ծախսերի համար հատկացումներ չեն տրամադրվում: Ինչ վերաբերում է ներքին գործուղումներին, ապա 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեով նախարարությանը հատկացվել է 32 միլիոն 318 հազար 300 դրամ, որից ծախսվել է 13 միլիոն 374 հազար 800 դրամը:

Ինչպես վերևում ասված է, նախարարությունը նախորդ տարի պետբյուջեով հատկացվող արտասահմանյան 6 գործուղում է ունեցել և դրանց համար ընդհանուր վճարվել է 1 միլիոն 532 հազար 400 դրամ: Գործուղման են մեկնել նախարարի տեղակալներ Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը, Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը և Մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման վարչության մայրական և վերարտադրողական առողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետ Գայանե Ավագյանը: Վերջինի դեպի Ժնև գործուղման ավիատոմսը արժեցել է 204 հազար 200 դրամ:

Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանն ու Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը 2016 թ. ունեցել են համապատասխանաբար 2 և 3 արտասահմանյան գործուղում: Ամենաթանկ ավիատոմսը ձեռք է բերվել Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանի՝ հունվարի 24–28–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում դեպի Բաղդադ գործուղման ժամանակ, այն է՝ 408 հազար 500 դրամ: Խաչատրյանը մեկնել էր Իրաք մասնակցելու տնտեսական համագործակցության հարցերով հայ–իրաքյան միջկառավարական համատեղ հանձնաժողովի երրորդ նիստին: Երկրորդ թանկ ավիատմոսը նույնպես Խաչատրյանի համար է գնվել: Նա Նյու Յորքում մասնակցել է 2016 թ. ներդրումային համաժողովին: Դեպի ԱՄՆ ինքնաթիռի տոմսը արժեցել է 394 հազար 100 դրամ:

Խաչատրյանի համեմատությամբ ավելի «տնտեսող» է ներկայանում Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը, ում համար գնված ավիատոմսերը չեն գերազանցել 265 հազար դրամը, այսինքն՝ իր ամենաթանկ ավիատոմսը կազմել է 264 հազար 500 դրամ, և դա դեպի Մոսկվա սեպտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած գործուղման ճանապարհածախսն է: Սակայն մյուս կողմից, տեսնում ենք, որ նույն ուղղությամբ տարվա այլ օրերին գնված ավիատոմսերը ավելի մատչելի են եղել՝ որոշ դեպքերում տարբերությունը կազմել է 147 հազար դրամ: Մասնավորապես՝ դեպի Մոսկվա փետրվարին և ապրիլին տեղի ունեցած գործուղումների ավիատոմսերը գնվել են համապատասխանաբար 117 և 143 հազար դրամով:
