Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, ով G-20 գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով պատրաստվում է մեկնել Գերմանիա, չի կարողանալու ելույթ ունենալ անգամ այդ երկրում թուրքական հյուպատոսարանում: Այս մասին թուրքական կողմին նախազգուշացրել են Գերմանիայի կառավարությունից:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ն հայտնում է, որ Գերմանիայում կայանալիք ընտրություններից երեք ամիս առաջ ԵՄ անդամ երկրներից բացի այլ երկրների առաջնորդների համար նախատեսված ելույթ ունենալու արգելքը գործում է նաև Էրդողանի դեպքում: Խնդրի մասին խոսել է Գերմանիայի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարտին Շեֆերը. «Գերմանիայի կառավարության անունից ևս մեկ անգամ ցանկանում եմ շեշտել, որ նմանօրինակ միջոցառումների համար շատ վաղուց պետք է դիմում ներկայացվեր արտգործնախարարությանը»: Նա ընդգծել է, որ իրենց նախազգուշացումից դուրս ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն դիտարկվելու է որպես Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից ընդունված որոշման խախտում:

Անդրադառնալով այն խոսակցություններին, թե Էրդողանը ցանկանում է գլխավոր հյուպատոսարանում ելույթ ունենալ, այնուհետև այն տարածել իբրև տեսաուղերձ, Շեֆերը հայտնել է, որ իրենց նախազգուշացումը գործում է նաև այդ պարագայում: «Չեմ կարծում, որ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների կամ հյուպատոսարանների նման ինքնիշխան տարածքներում թուրքերի հետ տեսակետների շուրջ լուրջ տարաձայնություն ունենանք»,- նշել է նա:

Ավելի վաղ, սակայն, Թուրքիայի դեսպանության մամուլի հարցերով պատասխանատու Ռեֆիկ Դողուկօղլուն ասել էր, որ գլխավոր հյուպատոսարանում Թուրքիայի նախագահի կողմից միջոցառում կազմակերպելու համար իրենք Գերմանիայի կառավարության թույլտվության կարիքը չունեն:
