«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Շենքերի սեյսմիկ անվտանգության ու վերելակների խնդիրը մեծ վտանգ է մեր ժողովրդի գլխին կախված և ցանկացած ցնցման դեպքում ունենալու ենք անդառնալի կորուստներ: Ծանր վիճակում են նաև վերելակները»,– այս մասին օրերս Ազգային ժողովում արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին դիմելով, ասաց ՀՀ–ական պատգամավոր Ալիկ Սարգսյանը:

Ի պատասխան Դավիթ Տոնոյանը նշեց, որ Կառավարությունն այդ խնդիրները մի քանի գերատեսչությունների պատասխանատվության դաշտին է վերաբաշխել, սակայն խնդրի լուծման համար կա նաև օրենսդրական բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտություն:

«Մենք մեկ անգամ դառը փորձ ենք ունեցել, ես սա հնչեցնում եմ որպես շեփոր, որպես նախարար՝ եղեք աջակցող, դա դարձրեք անհետաձգելի քննարկվող հարց ԱԺ–ում»,– հակադարձել էր Ալիկ Սարգսյանը:

Իսկ ինչո՞ւ էր նախկին ոստիկանապետը սևեռվել վերելակների անսարքության վրա: Էդ ո՞ր օրվանից է էդպես հալվում–մաշվում ժողովրդի հոգսուցավով: Խնդիրն այն է, որ Արմեն Երիցյանի մահից հետո Արտակարգ իրվիճակների նախարարի պաշտոնը մի քանի ամիս թափուր մնաց: Ու այդ ընթացքում Ալիկ Սարգսյանը հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով փորձում էր տեղավորվել այդ աթոռին: Հայ–հայ նախարար էր դառնում, բայց երազանքը երազախաբություն դարձավ: Ու հիմա ցանկացած առիթով Ալիկ Սարգսյանը «շեփորներ է հնչեցնելու» Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ականջին: Չզարմանաք: Սրտհովանք է գոնե:

Միով բանիվ, Դավիթ Տոնոյանը դեռ «սեյսմիկ անվտանգության» խնդիրներ կունենա շնորհիվ նախկին ոստիկանապետի:
