Ինչպե՞ս դիմակայել ամռան շոգին հղիության ժամանակ

Այս ամառ բավական շոգ է, ինչի պատճառով շատ հղիներ կարող են իրենց վատ զգալ։ Այն մասին, թե ինչպես կարող են հղի կանայք դիմակայել ամռան շոգին եւ ինչ նրանց չի կարելի անել ամռանը, լրագրողներին պատմեց մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Պավել Սոցկին։

Խուսափեք արեւից

Ամռանը արեւը շատ ակտիվ է, այդ պատճառով հղիներին խորհուրդ է տրվում երկար ժամանակ արեւի տակ չգտնվել՝ դա կարող է վատացնել նրանց ինքնազգացողությունը եւ մի շարք խնդիրներ առաջացնել: Զբոսնելու արժե դուրս գալ առավոտյան կամ երեկոյան ժամերին, իսկ ցերեկը դուրս գալուց պետք է անպայման գլխարկ կրել։

Ճիշտ հագուստ կրեք

Հղիներին ամռանը խորհուրդ է տրվում բաց գույնի հագուստ հագնել, քանի որ մուգ գույները կլանում են արեւի ճառագայթները եւ բարձրացնում են արեւահարվելու հավանականությունը։

Մաշկը ճիշտ խնամեք

Մաշկն ամռանը հաճախ չորանում է։ Եթե նման խնդիր ունեք, Պավել Սոցկին խորհուրդ է տալիս հղիների համար նախատեսված մաշկը փափկացնող հատուկ քսուքներ օգտագործել։

Եթե շատ եք քրտնում, տուն վերադառնալիս ցնցուղ ընդունեք, իսկ եթե շոգի պատճառով շփաբորբ է առաջացել կամ մարմնի որոշ հատվածները քրտնախաշ են եղել, կարելի է ցինկի օքսիդի հիմքով քսուքներ կամ մանկական ցանափոշիներ օգտագործել։

Ալերգենների հետ զգույշ եղեք 

Ալերգիա ունեցող հղիներին ամռանը պետք է առավել զգույշ լինել, քանի որ շոգ ժամանակ, երբ ծաղկում են ծառերն ու տարատեսակ բույսերը, ալերգենների թիվն աճում է։ Ալերգիայի ի հայտ գալու դեպքում արժե բժիշկի դիմել եւ հակաալերգիկ դեղամիջոց ընտրել:

Լավ միտք է նաեւ դրսում զբոսնելուց հետո մազերը լվանալ, քանի որ ծաղիկների մասնիկները կարող են մազերում կուտակվել եւ ալերգիայի պատճառ դառնալ։

Ճիշտ սնվեք

Օրվա ընթացքում հղիներին խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել առնվազն 5-6 անգամ՝ փոքր չափաբաժիններով։ Իսկ սննդատեսակների մեջ նախապատվությունը ցանկալի է տալ բնական, պարզ կերակուրներին՝ խուսափելով ֆաստ-ֆուդից եւ գազավորված ըմպելիքներից։

Երակները պաշտպանեք

Եթե երակների հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեք, խորհուրդ է տրվում կրել հատուկ էլաստիկ գուլպաներ՝ հղիների համար նախատեսված։ Դա շատ արդիական է նաեւ ամռանը, քանի որ շոգից երակների խնդիրները, ինչպես, օրինակ, վարիկոզը, սրվում են։
