Հայաստանը պատրաստ է օժանդակել ՀԱՊԿ-ին թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության հակազդման գործում

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ընդունել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության հակազդման գծով իրավասու մարմինների ղեկավարների համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ, ՌԴ թմրամիջոցների շրջանառության վերահսկողության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Վիկտոր Իվանովին, ով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների գործընկերների և Կազմակերպության քաÖ �տուղարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ Հայաստանում է գտնվում համակարգող խորհրդի 17-րդ նիստին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրին և հույս հայտնել, որ համակարգող խորհրդի նիստն արդյունավետ ընթացք է ունեցել՝ մասնակիցները կառուցողական մթնոլորտում կարողացել են քննարկել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների կողմից մինչ այժմ իրականացված համատեղ աշխատանքներն ու քննարկվող ոլորտում համագործակցության, գործողությունների համակարգման մեխանիզմների կատարելագործման հնարա վորությունները:
Ընդգծելով, որ ՀԱՊԿ գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններից մեկն էլ անդամ պետությունների ջանքերի համակարգումն է ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների և սպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարում, նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը, որպես Կազմակերպությունում նախագահող երկիր, պատրաստ է ակտիվորեն օժանդակել ՀԱՊԿ խնդիրների ու նպատակների իրագործմանը, այդ թվում՝ թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառությանը հակազդման գործում:
Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք են եղել, որ թմրամիջոցների տարածման վտանգն աշխարհում օր օրի ավելի ու ավելի մտահոգիչ է դառնում, և համամարդկային այդ չարիքի ու վտանգավոր հանցավորության դեմ պայքարը պահանջում է ջանքերի համադրում: ՀՀ Նախագահը և ՌԴ թմրամիջոցների շրջանառության վերահսկողության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրենը կարևորել են նաև երկկողմ ձևաչափով փոխգործակցությունը՝ նկատի առնելով, որ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ընդգրկուն օրակարգում իր ուրույն տեղն ունի երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև համագործակցությունը:
