Շոգի պատճառով ավելացել են սրտանոթային հիվանդների՝ բժիշկներին դիմելու դեպքերը. Մարինա Օրդյան

Հունիս-հուլիսյան շոգերի պատճառով էականորեն ավելացել է սրտանոթային համակարգին առնչվող բողոքներով դիմող հիվանդների քանակը: Tert.am–ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց սրտաբան, «Դիագնոստիկա» բուժմիավորումում սրտաբանական կլինիկայի ղեկավար Մարինա Օրդյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ մասնավորապես, ավելացել են հիպերտոնիկ հիվանդությամբ տառապող հիվանդները, որոնց արդեն իսկ նշանակված է դեղորայք զարկերակային ճնշման բարձրացման դեպք, այս շոգերին  օգտագործելով այն, կարող են ունենալ զարկերակային ճնշման անկումներ, ինչից խուսափելու համար պարտադիր է բուժող բժիշկների  հետ դեղերի քանակը, պարբերականությունն ու չափաբաժինները վերստին ճշտելը:

«Այս տարի էլ, ինչպես ամեն տարի այս եղանակներին ավելանում է սրտանոթային հիվանդութուններով տառապող հիվանդների քանակը, և սա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ այդ ծանր շոգերը այս հիվանդները չեն կարողանում տանել: Մանավանդ տարեց հիվանդները կամ նրանք, ովքեր տառապում են  հիպերտոնիկ կամ սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդություններով»,– ասաց նա:

«Եվ այս առումով պրոբլեմները կարող են լինել 2 տեսակի, նախ, զարկերակային գերճնշումով հիվանդները, որ արդեն իսկ ֆիքսված դոզաներով ստանում են դեղահաբեր, այս շոգերին իրենց մոտ նկատվում է ճնշման անկում և շարունակելով խմել նշանակված դեղորայքը հին դեղաչափերով, իրենց մոտ կարող է կտրուկ իջնել ճնշումը»,– նշեց Մարինա Օրդյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ դրա համար պարտադիր է այս շոգ եղանակին իրենց բուժող բժիշկների  հետ դեղերի քանակը, պարբերականությունն ու չափաբաժինները վերստին ճշտելը:  

Մարինա Օրդյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ ավելացել է նաև սրտամկանի ինֆարկտով հիվանդների քանակը և սա էլ պայմանավորված է շոգերով՝ հեմոդինամիկ խանգարումներով. այսինքն` արյան շրջանառության խանգարումներ, արյան թանձրացում և ինչը հանգեցնում է տրոմբների առաջացման:

Այս իսկ պատճառով, սրտաբանը հիվանդներին հորդորում է շոգ եղանակին հնարավորինս շատ ջուր կամ հանքային ջուր խմել: Եթե սրտանոթային հիվանդներին այս պայմաններում խորհուրդ է տրվում օրական խմել 1.5-2 լիտր, ապա նման հիվանդություններից չտառապողներին՝ 2-2.5 լիտր՝ ջրազրկումը կանխելու համար: 

Նաև սրտանոթային հիվանդների խստիվ հակացուցված է ցերեկային ժամերին՝ ժամը 12։00-17։00-ի սահմաններում գտնվել արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների տակ, իսկ եթե նման անհրաժեշտություն կա, ապա հորդորվում է կրել գլխարկ, գլխաշոր կամ անձրևանոց: Ոչ սրտանոթային հիվանդներին նույնպես  խորհուրդ է տալիս պակասեցնել ակտիվ ֆիզիկական գործունեությունը, եթե սենյակը կամ մարզասրահը զովացնելու հնարավորություններ չկան: 

Նշենք, որ այս օրերին շատերը բողոքում են քնկոտությունից, հատկապես ցերեկային ժամերին, երբ շատ շոգ է: Շատերը դա պայմանավորում են առկա բարձր ռադիացիոն ֆոնով: Սակայն Մարինա Օրդյանը նկատեց, որ մարդկանց քունն առաջին հերթին տանում է զարկերակային ճնշման անկման պատճառով: Այսինքն, երբ շոգերին կատարվում է արյան պերիֆերիկ անոթների լայնացում, զարկերակային ճնշումն իջնում է: 

Իհարկե, սրտաբանը չի ժխտում, որ այստեղ դեր ունի նաև արևի ակտիվությունը, որը վերջին 2 շաբաթում շատ բարձր է:
