2016 թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահում տեղի ունեցած աղմկոտ սպանության գործն ուղարկվել է Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկանում ենք, որ սույն գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանին: Այս գործով նիստի օր դեռ չի նշանակվել
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս գործով մեղադրյալներն են քրեական հեղինակություններ Պետրոս Իսրայելյանը (Չարբախցի Գեղամ մականունով), Նորատուսցի Ալիկը (Ալիկ Բանդուրյան) եւ Արմեն Գասպարյանը:
Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահի նկուղային հարկում կրակոցներ են հնչել, որի հետեւանքով 25-ամյա Գեւորգ Ավետիսյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած 38-ամյա Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը եւ 35-ամյա Արամ Պետրոսյանը տեղափոխվել են «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն: Ավելի ուշ, ստացած վնասվածքներից մահացել է նաեւ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Չարբախցի Գեղամին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանին մորթելու, սատկացնելու, մահակներով ոտքերը ջարդելու եւ այլ ձևերով վերջինիս առողջությանը մի խումբ անձանց հետ ծանր վնաս պատճառելն իրագործելու վերաբերյալ Ալիկ Բանդուրյանի հորդորների հետեւանքով նրա մոտ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու վճռականություն է առաջացել: Դրանից հետո նախնական համաձայնության գալով Գեւորգ Ավետիսյանի և քննությամբ չպարզված անձանց հետ` խմբի կազմում, Ալիկ Բանդուրյանի օժանդակությամբ նա իրագործել է Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի նկատմամբ պլանավորված հանցավոր ոտնձգությունը: Հանդիպելով Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի զինված դիմադրությանը` վերջինիս կողմից անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանության վիճակում ատրճանակով կրակոցներ արձակելուն, Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի դիմադրությունը հաղթահարելու և այդ ժամանակ ծագած Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանին սպանելու հանցավոր դիտավորությունն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով ապօրինաբար վերջինիս ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ զրկել է կյանքից:
Նորատուսցի Ալիկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին Պետրոս Իսրայելյանին դրդել է այլ անձանց հետ համատեղ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս պատճառել: Ինչպես նաև նույն օրը հանցավոր խմբին օժանդակել է պլանավորված հանցագործության անխոչընդոտ իրականացմանը` Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու գործընթացը հեշտացնելու, հետևաբար դրա խոչընդոտները վերացնելու եղանակով:
