Իսպանիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանը հավատարմագրերի պատճենը հանձնեց Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարարին

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հուլիսի 3-ին ընդունեց Իսպանիայի Թագավորության նորանշանակ դեսպան Իգնասիո Իբանյես Ռուբիոյին (նստավայրը՝ Մոսկվա) հավատարմագրերի պատճենի հանձնման կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Շնորհավորելով դեսպանին նշանակման կապակցությամբ՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ նորանշանակ դեսպանն իր մասնագիտական հարուստ փորձը կներդնի` հայ-իսպանական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը նոր լիցք հաղորդելու համար:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության և բարեմաղթանքների համար՝ դեսպան Իգնասիո Իբանյես Ռուբիոն վստահեցրեց, որ առավելագույն ջանքերը կներդնի՝ երկկողմ համագործակցության խորացման ու ամրապնդման նպատակով։
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվեցին հայ-իսպանական փոխգործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման հնարավորություններն ու հեռանկարները՝ ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով։ Կարևորվեց արտգործնախարարությունների միջև պարբերական խորհրդակցությունների անցկացումը, իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնումը։
Նախարար Նալբանդյանն ու դեսպան Ռուբիոն մտքեր փոխանակեցին միջխորհրդարանական շփումների ակտիվացման, առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության խթանման, գործարար համաժողովների կազմակերպման, գիտության, կրթության և մշակութային բանագավառներում փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման շուրջ։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներին։ Այս համատեքստում դեսպան Ռուբիոն ընդգծեց, որ Իսպանիան սատարում է Հայաստանի հետ մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության մեկնարկը։
Հանդիպմանն արծարծվեցին Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները և այդ տարածաշրջանում ազգային և կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների պաշտպանության հարցերը, միգրացիոն հոսքերի հետ կապված խնդիրները։
Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման խաղաղ գործընթացն առաջ մղելու համար համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների համատեղ ջանքերը:
