Հուլիսի վերջից հնարավոր կլինի զինծառայողների ապահովագրության համար նվիրաբերություններ կատարել տերմինալներով

Զինծառայողների ապահովագրություն հիմնադրամը փորձում է թույլ տալ նվիրաբերություններ կատարել նաև վճարահաշվարկային համակարգի միջոցով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հուլիսի 3-ին Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀկենտրոնական բանկի իրավաբանականվարչության պետ, Հիմնադրամի տնօրենՎարուժան Ավետիքյանը: Նրա խոսքով` երեք վճարահաշվարկային կազմակերպությունների հետ բանակցությունների ժամանակ վերջիններս առաջարկել են ծրագրային ապահովում ներդնել տերմինալների մեջ, որպեսզի մարդիկ կարողանան 100-ից մինչև 99 հազար դրամ նվիրաբերություններ կատարել:
«Արդեն նախնական պայմանավորվածությունները կան, ծրագրային ապահովության մշակումն ընթանում է: Նվիրաբերությունների հավաքագրման հայեցակարգը հավանության արժանանալու դեպքում` կավարտենք, կամփոփենք այդ աշխատանքները և կկարողանանք հուլիսի վերջին թողարկել այդ գործիքը»,- ասաց Ավետիքյանը:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար, Հիմնադրամի խորհրդի նախագահ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի խոսքով` առաջնայինը վստահության ձեռքբերումն է, ինչպես նաև վարչարարության մեջ չնկատված գումարների առկայության հնարավորությունը բացառելը:
«Մինչև այժմ ներդրված համակարգերի առումով գրեթե հարյուր տոկոս վստահություն կա: Կարծում եմ, որ բոլոր առաջարկություններն ընդունելի են, եթե լինեն վերահսկելիության համապատասխան մեխանիզմներ»,- ասաց նախարարը:
