«Էլի են նման դեպքեր եղել, բայց փոխհատուցում չի տրվել». Սյունիքի՝ կարկուտից տուժած գյուղերում կառավարությունից ակնկալիք չունեն

Հունիսի 29-ին տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևի և կարկուտի հետևանքով գյուղի 190 տնտեսություն վնասվել է: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սյունիքի մարզի Վաղատին համայնքի ղեկավար Շահեն Գրիգորյանը:

«Տուժել են  հացահատիկային, բանջարաբոստանային ցանքատարածությունները, ընկույզի բերքը, ծիրանի, բայց ի՞նչ անի գյուղացին, փորձանք է,  եղել է։ Հիմա դաշտում ենք, մարզային հանձնաժողով է ձևավորվել, վնասների չափը ճշտվում է, կուղարկվի հանրապետական հանձնաժողովին։ Կտան փոխհատուցում՝ լավ, չեն տա՝ ի՞նչ անեք, ի՞նչ պահանջենք, թող սնարյադ առնեն զինվորի համար։ Հիմա որ սկսենք պահանջել, կասեն՝ կարկուտի մեղավորը կառավարությո՞ւն է»,-ընդգծեց նա:

Անգեղակոթ համայնքի ղեկավար Արմեն Խաչատրյանն էլ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ տուժել է գյուղի 525 տնտեսություն՝ ամբողջ գյուղը:

«Բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաները վնասվել են 80 տոկոսով, 50 տոկոսով` կարտոֆիլը, միրգը` 80 տոկոսով, ողջ գյուղմթերք տուժել է, հիմա   հաշվարկներ են արվում: Գյուղացիների 90 տոկոսը գյուղատնտեսական վարկեր ունի, ոնց են մարելու` չգիտենք, փոխհատուցման ակնկալիք էլ չկա: Էլի են նման դեպքեր եղել, վնասի չափերը ճշտվել են, բայց փոխհատուցում չի տրվել»,-ընդգծեց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սյունիքի մարզում հունիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 16.20-ից 17.00-ն տեղի ունեցած կարկուտի և հորդառատ անձրևի հետևանքով վնաս է հասցվել մարզի 20-ից ավել բնակավայրի  բնակավայրերի՝ Սիսիան, Ախլաթյան, Աղիտու, Անգեղակոթ, Բալաք, Բռնակոթ, Գետաթաղ, Դարբաս, Լոր, Նորավան, Շաղաթ, Շաքի, Որոտան, Վաղատին, Տոլորս, Ույծ, Մուծք, Աշոտավան, Աղվանի, Տանձատափ, Լծեն:

Զգալի տուժել են գյուղատնտեսական ցանքատարածությունները (հացահատիկային և բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաները, այգիները, խոտհարքը), վնաս է հասցվել համայնքային ենթակառուցվածքներին, ջրով ողողվել են անհատական բնակելի և հասարակական շինությունների նկուղային հարկերը: 

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Սյունիքի մարզում հունիսի 1-ին ևս կարկուտի պատճառով մի շարք գյուղեր տուժել էին՝ Գորիս, Տեղ, Ներքին Խնձորեսկ, Վերիշեն, Վերին Խոտանա, Կոռնիձոր, Սվարանց, Վաղատնի, Որոտան, Արավուս և այլ համայնքներ:

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում Սյունիքի մարզի Վերիշեն համայնքի ղեկավար Արարատ Օրդյանը հիշեցրեց, որ տուժել էր գյուղի 450 տնտեսություն , վնասների չափի մասին մարզպետարանին, կառավարությանը արձանագրություն էին ներկայացրել, բայց մինչ հիմա փոխհատուցման մասին խոսք չկա, իսկ գյուղացիներն էլ չեն կարողանում մարել գյուղատնտեսական  վարկերն ու հարկերը:
