Թուրքիայում հայ զինծառայող Սևակ Բալըքչըի սպանության գործով ապացույցներն անուշադրության են մատնվել

Թուրքիայի Բաթման նահանգում 2011 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին ծառայության ընթացքում սպանված հայ զինծառայող Սևակ Բալըքչըի գործով դատավարության ընթացքում կարևոր ապացույցներն ուշադրությունից դուրս են մնացել, գրում է Demokrat Haber կայքը։

 Համաձայն ժանդարմերիայի զեկույցի՝ Սևակ Բալըքչըի հագուստի վրա միայն երկու անցք է հայտնաբերվել, սակայն իրականում 41 անցք է եղել։ Հստակ չէ՝ դրանք հրազենից բացված կրակի հետևանքով առաջացած անցքեր են, թե ոչ։

 Դատավարության համար կարևոր ապացույց համարվող այդ հագուստը, սակայն, անուշադրության է մատնվել և սկսել է բորբոսնել։

Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրը՝ Ապրիլի 24-ին սպանված Սևակ Բալըքչըի գործով հիմնական կասկածյալ Քըվանչ Աղաօղլուն «կանխամտածված սպանության» համար ազատազրկվելու փոխարեն «դժբախտ պատահարի» պատրվակով ազատ էր արձակվել։ Նա պնդել էր, թե Սևակը սպանվել է դժբախտ պատահարի հետևանքով։

 Դատական հերթական նիստի ընթացքում, որին ներկա են եղել նաև Սևակի ծնողները, Ռազմական դատախազությունից բերված հագուստները մեկ առ մեկ բացվել ու գրանցվել են։ Պարզվել է, որ դրանք խոնավացել ու բորբոսնել են։ Դատավարության ընթացքում մեկ առ մեկ հաշվվել են անցքերը։

 Այն դեպքում, երբ ժանդարմերիայի զեկույցի համաձայն հագուստի վրա ընդամենը երկու անցք է եղել, պարզվել է, որ սև շապիկի առջևի ու հետևի մասում կա ընդհանուր առմամբ 6, ճերմակ մարզաշապիկի վրա 7, կարճաթև կանաչ շապիկի վրա 10 անցք։

 Համաձայն զեկույցի՝ ներքնաշորի վրա անցքեր չեն եղել, սակայն իրականում դրա վրա  8, իսկ  մոխրագույն գիշերազգեստի վրա 10 անցք է հայտնաբերվել։

 Դրանից հետո ընտանիքը հարցրել է, թե այդ անցքերն ինչի՞ հետևանքով են առաջացել։ Բալըքչըների փաստաբանը պահանջել է պարզել՝ դրանք  փամփուշտների մուտքի ու ելքի անցքեր են, թե ոչ։

 Դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է մինչև հուլիսի 20-ը։
