Նոր Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքից հանում են աշխատանքային իրավունքները. արհմիությունները դեմ են

Հայաստանի Արհմիությունների համադաշնությունը դեմ է Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի ավելորդ ազատականացմանը: NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտարարեց Արհմիությունների համադաշնության նախագահ Բորիս Խառատյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով օրենսգրքի նոր խմբագրման քննարկումները:
Ապրիլին գործող օրենսգրքի վերանայելու հանձնարարական տվեց վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ դրա համար 9 ամիս ժամանակ տալով:
Այնուհետեւ Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակիցները (փոխնախարար Արայիկ Պետրոսյանն ու Զբաղվածության վարչության պետ Թադեւոս Ավետիսյանը) պարզաբանեցին, թե ինչպես են տեսնում փոփոխությունների հիմնական տրամաբանությունը: Նախարարության կարծիքով՝ քանի որ գործնականում աշխատողների երաշխիքներին չեն հետեւում, ավելի լավ կլինի հավելյալ աշխատանքային ժամերի եւ տոնական օրերի, վնասակար եւ առանձնապես վնասակար արտադրության մեջ աշխատանքի դիմաց հավելավճարների կետ օրենսգրքում չլինի. դա կարելի է թողնել պայմանագրային հարաբերություններին (Հայաստանի պայմաններում՝ ձեռնարկատիրոջ ցանկությանը - խմբ.):
Խառատյանը նշեց, որ նման ազատականացում առաջարկում են կա՛մ բոլոր ձեռնարկությունների, կա՛մ շատ փոքրերի համար՝ մինչեւ 10 աշխատակից (նրանց մենեջմենթը պարզեցնելու համար): Բայց արհմիությունները չեն կարող համաձայնել ո՛չ մեկին, ո՛չ մյուսին:
«Բոլորը խոսում են Արեւմուտքում իրավունքի ազատականացման մասին: Բայց այնտեղ՝ Արեւմուտքում, դժբախտ դեպքերից եւ մասնագիտական հիվանդություններից պարտադիր ապահովագրություն կա: Այսինքն՝ եթե նույնիսկ հավելավճար չկա, կա ապահովագրություն: Իսկ մեզ մոտ ուզում են աշխատողի իրավունքը վերցնել, փոխարենը ոչինչ չտալ»,- նշեց Խառատյանը:
Ազատականացման «ուլտրաաջ» գաղափարներն անհանգստացրել են նաեւ ՊԵԿ հարկային ծառայությանը՝ պետբյուջեի ու հարկերի պատճառով: Աշխատողների մասին ոչ ոք այդքան չի մտահոգվում:
«Իհարկե՝ կարելի է դիմել մեզ՝ արհմիություններին: Բայց մեզ մոտ ինչպես են կոլեկտիվ հավաքում: Ծանոթների, ընկերների, հարազատների... 10-15 մարդ են, բոլորը միմյանց գիտեն, «շեֆի» հետ «դու»-ով են խոսում: Ով արհմիություն դիմի, կասեն՝ մեր դեմ է գնում»,- նշեց Խառատյանը:
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում պաշտոնապես գրանցված վարձու աշխատողների թիվը շուրջ 500 հազար է, նրանցից արհմիության կազմում են շուրջ 190 հազարը:
