Մեկնարկել է «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն-100. ճանաչումից` հատուցում» միջազգային գիտաժողովը

 Երեւանում մեկնարկել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն-100. ճանաչումից` հատուցում» խորագրով միջազգային գիտաժողովը:

Գիտաժողովին մասնակիցները շեշտեցին, որ հարցն արդիական է, եւ առաջին քայլը կատարված է: Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսարանը Սիսի կաթողիկոսարանի վերադարձի պահանջով արդեն դիմել է Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարան, և այդ փաստը պետք է միավորի Հայաստանն ու սփյուռքը, նոր ուղիներ փնտրելու Հայոց ցեղասպանության հատուցման իրավական պահանջի շուրջ: 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահ Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը ասաց, որ գիտաժողովի նպատակն է հանրագումարի բերել գիտական այն նվաճումները, որոնք ունեցել են այս թեմայի շուրջ, որպեսզի սկսվի ցեղասպանության իրավական հետազոտությունները տեսքի բերելու փուլը:  

«Որպեսզի ոչ թե պետք է սահմանափակվենք Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմամբ, այլ սահմանագիծ դնենք, որից անդին շարունակելու ենք քրտնաջան աշխատանք բոլոր մակարդակներով, որպեսզի մեր ժողովրդի նպատակները և իղձերը՝  կապված Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և հատուցման հետ, բարեհաջող վախճան ունենան»,- ասաց ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանը:

 ԱՄՆ հայագետների ընկերակցության նախագահ Գևորգ Բարդակչյանը նշեց, որ իրենք շարունակելու են փաստագրական նյութերի գնահատումն ու հատուցման պահանջին զուգահեռ, շարունակելու են աշխատանքը նաեւ գիտական ոլորտում:
