ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ հունիսի 30-ին, Լոռու մարզ կատարած այցի ժամանակ ներկայացվել է Վանաձոր քաղաքի զարգացման տեսլականը, որում շեշտը դրվում է ինդուստրիալ տուրիզմի խթանման եւ քաղաքի զբոսաշրջային գրավչության բարձրացման վրա:

Կառավարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ հանդիպմանն արծարծվել են նաեւ մարզում զբոսաշրջության խթանման հնարավորություններին եւ խոշոր քաղաքների զարգացման ծրագրերին վերաբերող հարցեր: Ներկայացվել է, մասնավորապես, Վանաձոր քաղաքի զարգացման տեսլականը, որում շեշտը դրվում է ինդուստրիալ տուրիզմի խթանման եւ քաղաքի զբոսաշրջային գրավչության բարձրացման միջոցառումների վրա: Վարչապետը ողջունել է գաղափարը եւ հանձնարարել սեղմ ժամկետում կոնկրետ բիզնես ծրագիր մշակել:

Ներկայացվել են նաեւ գյուղական դպրոցներում մասնագետ ուսուցիչների ներգրավման, նախադպրոցական կրթության մատչելիության ապահովման եւ ոլորտի բարեփոխման վերաբերյալ մի շարք առաջարկություններ: Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է ԿԳ նախարարի հետ քննարկել դրանք եւ ներկայացնել ռացիոնալ լուծումների տարբերակներ:

Վարչապետին զեկուցվել է նաեւ պետական աջակցությամբ գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայով ապահովման, գյուղատնտեսական մասնագիտությունների մասնագետների պատրաստման եւ վերապատրաստման, հակակարկտային կայանների ներդրման վերաբերյալ: Տեղեկանալով, որ ֆերմերների շահագրգռվածությունը նշված ծրագրից օգտվելու առումով բավական ցածր է՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ֆինանսական վարձակալության՝ լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը բավական շահավետ պայմաններ է առաջարկում, եւ անհրաժեշտ է պատշաճ, մանրամասն իրազեկել դրա մասին: Մասնագետների պատրաստման եւ վերապատրաստման հարցի առնչությամբ էլ նշվել է, որ այդ նպատակով մշակվել է համապատասխան հայեցակարգ:

Կարեւորելով կարճաժամկետ եւ արդյունավետ դասընթացների կազմակերպումը՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարել է հայեցակարգը քննարկել շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների հետ:

Ներկայացվել են նաեւ առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական ոլորտի խնդիրների լուծման մասով ներկայացված առաջարկությունները: Քննարկվել են, մասնավորապես, մարզի առողջապահական համակարգում բարեփոխման եւ օպտիմալացման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաեւ երեխաների պաշտպանության եւ ներառական կրթության բնագավառում համալիր բարեփոխումների միջոցառումները:

Քաղաքաշինության ոլորտի հարցերի շրջանակում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Լոռու մարզի աղետի գոտու գյուղական բնակավայրերում անօթեւան մնացած եւ շահառու ճանաչված ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրներին: Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին մարզպետարանի պատասխանատուների հետ համատեղ քննարկել նշված հարցերը եւ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ:
