Տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում խոշոր հարկատուների կողմից վճարվել է հանրապետության հարկային եկամուտների մոտ 64%–ը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ հարկային ծառայության կողմից կատարվել է մի վերլուծություն, որն իրենից ներկայացնում է 2017 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում թվով 1068 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների մոնիթորինգի ամփոփ ցուցանիշների հիման վրա կատարված ուսումնասիրություն:

2017 թ. առաջին եռամսյակի ամփոփ ցուցանիշների վերլուծության հիման վրա կարելի է փաստել, որ իրացումից հասույթը կազմել է 1 տրիլիոն 217 միլիարդ դրամ՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն եռամսյակի համեմատությամբ աճելով 18,4%–ով: Միաժամանակ ներմուծման ծավալները նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատությամբ աճել են 13,9%–ով և կազմել 279 միլիարդ 756 միլիոն դրամ:

Ըստ վերլուծության՝ արտահանման ծավալներն աճել են 1,4%–ով և կազմել 177 միլիարդ 159 միլիոն դրամ: Վճարված մաքսային վճարների կողմից վճարվել է շուրջ 38 միլիարդ 725 միլիոն դրամ, որից ԱԱՀ–ն կազմել է 28 միլիարդ 283 միլիոն դրամ:

Պետական բյուջե վճարված հարկերի և այլ պարտադիր վճարների ցուցանիշի առումով 2017 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարվել է շուրջ 125 միլիարդ 179 միլիոն դրամ գումար: Ընդ որում` նշված կազմակերպությունների կողմից 2017 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում վճարվել է հանրապետությունում հավաքագրված հարկային եկամուտների 63,9%–ը:

Վերլուծության ցուցանիշներից նաև տեղեկանում ենք, որ նշված կազմակերպությունները տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ունեցել են ընդհանուր առմամբ 19 միլիարդ 802 միլիոն դրամի շահութահարկ, միաժամանակ գանձնված ակցիզային և եկամտային հարկերը կազմել են համապատասխանաբար՝ 9 միլիարդ 209 միլիոն և 35 միլիարդ 513 միլիոն դրամ:

Հարկային մարմնի կողմից կատարվել են 198 հարկային ստուգումներ, այդ թվում բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությւոնների և հարկային մարմնի կողմից վերահսկվող օրենսդրության առանձին պահանջների կատարման ճշտության 52 ստուգումներ, որոնց արդյունքում առաջադրվել է բյուջե լրացուցիչ վճարման ենթակա գումարներ 2 միլիարդ 209 միլիոն դրամի չափով:

Ապրիլի 1–ի դրությամբ խոշոր հարկ վճարողներն ունեցել են 159 միլիարդ 495 միլիոն դրամ գերավճար, այդ թվում՝ ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գծով՝ 105 միլիարդ 368 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ հարկային պարտավորություն՝ 14 միլիարդ 660 միլիոն դրամ:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում պետական բյուջեից հարկ վճարողների գերավճարների գումարներից ավելացված արժեքի հարկի վերադարձի ձևակերպում է կատարվել 13 միլիարդ 415 միլիոն դրամի չափով, իսկ գերավճարների գումարներից այլ հարկատեսակների գծով հաշվանցվել է 2 միլիարդ դրամի չափով:

Աշխատողների միջին ցուցակային թիվը դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ աճել է 1,3%–ով, իսկ մեկ աշխատողի միջին ամսական ԱՎՈՒՄ–ը՝ աշխատանքի վարձատրությունն ու դրան հավաասարեցված այլ վճարներն, աճել է 3,4%–ով և կազմել 209 հազար դրամ:
