ԳՖՀ-ի կառավարությունը որոշում Է ընդունել արգելել օտարերկրյա քաղաքական գործիչներին՝ նախընտրական քարոզչություն անցկացնել Գերմանիայում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հունիսի 30-ին Բեռլինում կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնել Է ԳՖՀ-ի ԱԳ նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարտին Շեֆերը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը համապատասխան շրջաբերականն Է ուղարկել Բեռլինում հավատարմագրված բոլոր դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններին: Նա ճշտել Է, որ արգելքը տարածվում Է ԵՄ-ի մեջ չմտնող երկրներից քաղաքական գործիչների ելույթների վրա, եթե դրանք տեղի են ունենում երկրում քվեարկության անցկացումից երեք ամսից պակաս ժամանակ առաջ: «Այսուհետեւ Գերմանիայում անցկացվելիք միջոցառումներում օտարերկրյա քաղաքական գործիչների ելույթների համար սկզբունքորեն անհրաժեշտ կլինի ստանալ կառավարության թույլտվությունը,-հայտարարել Է նա:-Նա, ով ցանկանում Է ելույթ ունենալ, պետք Է համապատասխան դիմում ուղարկի ԳՖՀ-ի ԱԳ նախարարություն, եւ մենք այն կքննարկենք կառավարական մակարդակով»: Բեռլինը միանշանակ չի վերաբերվում երկրում Թուրքիայի քաղաքական գործիչների հրապարակային ելույթներին: Մասնավորապես, գարնանը չեղյալ են հայտարարվել երկու միջոցառում՝ Թուրքիայի նախարարների մասնակցությամբ, որոնք պատրաստվում Էին քարոզել Էրդողանի սահմանադրական բարեփոխման օգտին: Դիտորդները պնդում Էին, որ ԳՖՀ-ում չԷին ցանկանում այլ երկրի ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչներին հարթակ տրամադրել պետական քարոզչության համար: Մերժման պաշտոնական տարբերակները հանգում Էին այն բանին, որ կազմակերպիչները չեն կարող ապահովել միջոցառումների մասնակիցների անվտանգությունը:

Համանման արգելքներ հետեւեցին եվրոպական մի շարք այլ երկրներից: Դրանից հետո լարվածության հերթական փուլն սկսվեց Բեռլինի եւ ԵՄ-ի այլ պետությունների կառավարությունների հետ Անկարայի հարաբերություններում: Մասնավորապես, Թուրքիայում Եվրոպային մեղադրեցին «նացիստական մեթոդների» կիրառման մեջ: Գերմանիայում բնակվում են Թուրքիայից շուրջ 1,5 մլն սերվածներ: Հանրաքվեին նրանց մոտավորապես երկու երրորդը քվեարկեց հաջակցություն Էրդողանի բարեփոխման, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:-0-/56/ 15.32 ԳՖՀ-ի կառավարություն, օտարերկրյա քաղաքական գործիչներ, նախընտրական արշավներ, արգելում
