Գյուղնախարարությանը 33 միլիոն դրամ կհատկացվի՝ 41 հա տարածքն անտառապատելու նպատակով

Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կողմից Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում շրջանառության է դրվել «ՀՀ կառավարության 2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի 29–ի N 1313–Ն որոշման մեջ լրացումներ կատարելու և Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը գումար հատկացնելու մասին» որոշման նախագիծը:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ Երևան քաղաքի շրջակայքում կիսաանապատային գոտու անբարենպաստ պայմաններում ընտրված հատվածում կանտառապատվի շուրջ 31 հա տարածք, իսկ Սևանա լճի Դրախտիկ հատվածում կանտառապատվի և կցանկապատվի 10 հա տարածք: Ասվում է, որ կատարված աշխատանքները կնպաստեն նաև բնակլիմայական պայմանների բարելավմանը, գեղեցիկ բնապատկերի գրավչությանը և հանգստի նոր գոտիների ձևավորմանը։
 
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը հատկացնել 33 միլիոն 54 հազար 500 դրամ, որից՝ ինն ամսում 26 միլիոն 443 հազար 600 դրամ՝ 2017 թ. պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդի հաշվին:
Այսպես, «Հրազդանի անտառտնտեսության «Էրեբունու» անտառպետության 51 հա տարածքի անտառապատման աշխատանքներ» ծրագրի (2–րդ փուլ) շրջանակներում 31 հա տարածքի անտառապատման և խնամքի աշխատանքների համար կտրամադրվի 4 միլիոն 167 հազար 800 դրամ, «Սևանա լճի 10 հա տարածքի անտառվերականգնման» ծրագրի շրջանակներում անտառապատման և ցանկապատման աշխատանքների իրականացման համար՝ 17 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ ՀՀ անտառների վերականգնման և զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր մարմնի պահպանման ծախսերի համար` 11 միլիոն 886 հազար 500 դրամ:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ հիմնադրամի 2017 թ. աշխատանքային ծրագրով նախատեսված երկու օբյեկտների անտառապատման և ցանկապատման աշխատանքները շարունակական են և դրանց ֆինանսավորման բացակայությունը կհանգեցնի նախկինում վերոնշյալ օբյեկտների մասով կատարված ներդրումների փոշիացմանը։
 
«Աշխատանքների ամբողջական իրականացումն էապես կնպաստի ինչպես Երևան քաղաքի, այնպես էլ Սևանա լճի Դրախտիկ հատվածի սանիտարական, առողջարարական վիճակի բարելավմանը ու էկոլոգիական հաշվեկշռի վերականգնմանը: Անտառային տնտեսության բնագավառում իրականացվող քաղաքականությունը նպատակաուղղված է ՀՀ անտառների և անտառային հողերի կայուն կառավարման` պահպանության, պաշտպանության, վերականգնման, անտառապատման և արդյունավետ օգտագործմանը»,– ասված է որոշման նախագծում:
