ՄԱԿ-ում կանցկացվեն Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների ընտրություններ

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում տեղի կունենան Անվտանգության խորհրդի ոչ մշտական անդամների ընտրություններ: Գաղտնի քվեարկության ընթացքում պատվիրակները պետք է որոշեն այն հինգ երկրները, որոնք հունվարի 1-ից երկու տարի ժամկետով տեղ կզբաղեցնեն ԱԽ-ում:
Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նիստը նշանակված է Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 18:00-ին: Այն բանից հետո, երբ կքվեարկեն 193 անդամ երկրները, 45-րոպեանոց ընդմիջում կհայտարարվի քվեաթերթիկները հաշվելու համար: Այնուհետեւ ԳԱ-ի 70-րդ նստաշրջանի նախագահ Մոգենս Լյուկետոֆտը կհայտարարի ընտրությունների արդյունքները:
ԱԽ-ի անդամությանը հավակնող բոլոր հինգ երկրների թեկնածություններն արդեն հաստատված են տարածաշրջանային խմբերի կողմից: Խոսքը վերաբերում է Եգիպտոսին եւ Սենեգալին (աֆրիկյան երկրների խումբ), Ուկրաինային (եվրոպական եւ այլ պետությունների խումբ), Ուրուգվային (լատինամերիկյան երկրներ) եւ Ճապոնիային (ասիախաղաղօվկիանոսյան խումբ):
ԱԽ-ի նոր անդամները հունվարի 1-ից կփոխարինեն տարածաշրջանի գծով իրենց գործընկերներին՝ Չադին ու Նիգերիային, Լիտվային, Չիլիին եւ Հորդանանին: Իսպանիան, Անգոլան, Մալայզիան, Նոր Զելանդիան եւ Վենեսուելան Անվտանգության խորհրդում կմնան մինչեւ 2016 թվականի վերջը, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
