«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հասարակության շրջանում բավականին աղմուկ հանած փաստաբանների ծեծկռտուքից հետո, որը տեղի էր ունեցել փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի գրասենյակում, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 5 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ փաստաբան Արմեն Սողոմոնյանին, Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահի խորհրդականներ Գևորգ Մկրտչյանին, Վրեժ Խաչիկյանին, Փաստաբանների դպրոցի տնօրեն Սիմոն Բաբայանին և Արսեն Հարությունյանին: Նրանց հանդեպ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 113–րդ, 117–րդ և 118–րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով՝ թեթև և միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնասվածքների հատկանիշներով:

Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայության տեղեկացմամբ բոլորի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել երկրից չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը: Նշենք, որ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը և Արմեն Սողոմոնյանը նույնպես գործով որպես մեղադրյալ են ներգրավվել և հրավիրվել հարցաքննության:

ՓՊ նախագահի խորհրդական Գևորգ Մկրտչյանը, «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց, որ ինքը և Վրեժ Խաչիկյանը միջադեպի ժամանակ միայն խաղաղեցնելուն ուղղված գործողություններ են կատարել, իսկ Սիմոն Բաբայանն ու Արսեն Հարությունյանը Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի գրասենյակ գնացել էին զրուցելու և ոչ թե հարձակվելու համար:

«Լրատվամիջոցները, սակայն չուսումնասիրելով գործի մանրամասները խախտում են անմեղության կանխավարկածը և հասարակության շրջանում սխալ տեղեկություն են տարածում: Ի վերջո, կա հարուցված քրեական գործ, ընթանում է նախաքննություն, և մենք պաշտպանված ենք ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ երաշխավորված անմեղության կանխավարկածով: Ուստի պետք չէ խեղաթյուրել իրականությունը»,– ասաց Գ. Մկրտչյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ ընդհանրապես միջադեպերի մասին նյութեր հրապարակելիս հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել նյութի մատուցման եղանակին, քանի որ օրենքով չի թույլատրվում նախաքննության ընթացքում դեպքի մասին այնպիսի որակումներ տալը, որը կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծի, թե այն այլևս հաստատված փաստ է: Անշուշտ պարզ է, որ նման գործելաոճը կիրառվում է, երբ անհրաժեշտություն է լինում որևէ գործի մասին բացասական կարծիք ձևավորել, սակայն Գ. Մկրտչյանի կարծիքով հարկավոր է սպասել մինչև նախաքննությունն ավարտվի:

«Իսկ մամուլը տեղյա՞կ է Արսեն Հարությունյանի վնասվածքի մասին, որ նա դիմածնոտային կոտրվածք է ստացել: Իհարկե, տեղյակ չէ: Ինչ վերաբերում է դեպքին, ապա ես այդ մասին չեմ ուզում խոսել, քանի որ նախաքննություն է ընթանում: Բայց եթե ցանկանում եք անդրադառնալ այդ միջադեպին հիշեք, որ կա անմեղության կանխավարկած»,– ասաց Գ. Մկրտչյանը:

Հավասարության սկզբունքը պահպանելու համար «Փաստը» դիմեց նաև փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանին, որպեսզի նրա տեսակետը ևս կարողանանք ներկայացնել, սակայն նա երկու օր շարունակ այդպես էլ մեր զանգերին չպատասխանեց: Նույնիսկ նրա ֆեյսբուքյան էջի միջոցով փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել, սակայն այդ եղանակով նույնպես չհաջողվեց զրուցել Տիգրանի հետ:
