«Պաշտոնապես հայտարարում ենք, որ տարածված տեղեկատվությունը հերյուրանք է»,- անդրադառանալով «Սասնա ծռերի» անդամների նկատմամբ կիռաված բռնության վերաբերյալ շրջանառվող տեղեկություններին այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը:
Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, նշվում է.
«Զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով տարածված որոշ հաղորդագրությունների համաձայն՝ «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի առանձին անդամների նկատմամբ Ավան և Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի շենքում 26.06.2017թ. ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից կիրառվել է բռնություն: Ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ խմբի անդամներից մի քանիսի առողջությանը իբրև պատճառվել է վնաս:
Պաշտոնապես հայտարարում ենք, որ տարածված տեղեկատվությունը հերյուրանք է: Իրականում, հասարակական կարգը խախտելու և ոստիկանության ծառայողների օրինական պահանջներին չենթարկվելու համար, խմբի որոշ անդամներ դուրս են բերվել դատական նիստերի դահլիճից: Դուրս բերվելուց հետո, նրանք ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ ցուցաբերել են ակտիվ անհնազանդություն, անձնապես վիրավորել վերջիններիս: Անհնազանդությունը խափանելու նպատակով հիշյալ ամբաստանյալների նկատմամբ կիրառվել է համաչափ ֆիզիկական ուժ: Արձագանքելով կիրառված ուժին, ամբաստանյալներից ոմանք իրենց դժգոհությունն արտահայտել են խցերի դռներին ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածելով: Իրենց իսկ հարվածների կամ ոստիկանության կիրառած ուժի արդյունքում՝ հնարավոր է առաջանային քերծվածքներ: Ոստիկանության ծառայողների գործողությունների իրավաչափությունը հաստատվել է իրականացված նախնական ստուգմամբ:
Ապատեղեկատվության տարածումը հետապնդում է դատական նիստերի ընթացքում արհեստական լարվածություն առաջացնելու, ոստիկանության ծառայողների ու դատական կարգադրիչների նկատմամբ բռնություններ սադրելու և արդարադատության իրականացումը ձախողելու նպատակ: Այս իրողությունը ամբողջությամբ տեղավորվում է մինչ այսօր «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամների նախընտրած անհեռանկար գործելաոճի տրամաբանության մեջ»:
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը գործընթացի ողջ լրջությունը գնահատում է հավուր պատշաճի, ի զորու է ամբողջապես կանխել իրադրության ցանկացած սրացում՝ չենթարկվելով որևէ սադրանքի: Քաղաքացիների իրավունքները և հասարակական անվտանգությունն ապահովելու են լրիվ ծավալով՝ օրենքին համապատասխան կտրուկ ու համաչափ գործողություններ ձեռնարկելով:
