Միգրացիոն ճգնաժամը վերստին գլխավոր թեման Է Բրյուսելում մեկնարկող ԵՄ-ի երկօրյա գագաթնաժողովում

Միգրացիոն ճգնաժամը շարունակում է մնած Եվրամիության գլխավոր հիմնախնդիրը, որի ղեկավարությունը վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում ամեն կերպ փորձում է ելք գտնել դրանից: Այդ թեման գլխավորը կդառնա ԵՄ-ի պետությունների ու կառավարությունների հերթական գագաթնաժողÕ �վի օրակարգում, որը բացվում է Բրյուսելում:
Խոսքը վերաբերում է, մասնավորապես, ԵՄ-ի արտաքին սահմանների ամրապնդմանը, հարեւան երկրներին եւ այնտեղ ապրող փախստականներին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելուն, ինչպես նաեւ միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի բուն պատճառների վերացմանը, նշվում է Եվրախորհրդի մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Եվրոստատի տվյալներով՝ տարեսկզբից ԵՄ-ի 28 երկրներում ապաստան տրամադրելու խնդրագրեր են ներկայացրել 710 հազար միգրանտներ: Ինչպես հայտարարել է Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկը, ԵՄ-ն սպասում է, որ Եվրոպա կփորձեն հասնել միլիոնավոր միգրանտներ:
Բացի միգրացիոն ճգնաժամից, գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է Մեծ Բրիտանիայում կայանալիք հանրաքվեն: «ԵՄ-ի ղեկավարները կտեղեկացվեն հանրաքվեի հետ կապված իրավիճակի եւ առաջիկա քայլերի մասին»,- պարզաբանել է Եվրախորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Ինչպես նախօրյակին հայտնել է ԵՄ-ի արտաքին գործերի եւ անվտանգության քաղաքականության գերագույն ներկայացուցիչ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին, հանրակցության գագաթնաժողովը կարծարծի նաեւ սիրիական ճգնաժամը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Սիրիայում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության դեմ ռազմական գործողությունները պետք է «ընթանան այդ երկրում քաղաքական գործընթացի հետ զուգահեռ», եւ այդ խնդիրը քննարկվելու է ԵՄ-ի երկօրյա գագաթնաժողովում:
ԵՄ-ի պետությունների եւ կառավարությունների ղեկավարները մտադիր են քննարկել նաեւ Ուկրաինայի իրադրությունը: «Արեւելյան Ուկրաինայի իրադրության շուրջ «նորմանդական ձեւաչափով» (Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Ռուսաստան եւ Ուկրաինա) կայացած վերջին հանդիպումը նույնպես ներառված է օրակարգում»,- ասել են Եվրախորհրդում, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
