ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն որոնում է բակից հեծանիվ գողացած անձին

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու հեծանիվը գողացած անձի ինքնությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2017թ. մայիսի 29-ին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ մայիսի 26-ին՝ ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը գաղտնի հափշտակել է բակում կայանված իր՝ «Սալկանո» մոդելի հեծանիվը՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է դեպքի վայրի շրջակայքում տեղակայված անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունը, ենթարկվել զննության: Տեսանյութում երևում է, թե ինչպես է միջին հասակի 2 տղամարդկանցից մեկը ինչ-որ առարկայով կտրում շենքի բակի երկաթյա ճաղավանդակներին լարային փականով ամրացված սպիտակ գույնի հեծանիվը, վերցնում այն և հեռանում: 

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Խնդրում ենք նշված տղամարդկանց ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրանց, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրանց ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
