ՀՀ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնյան Ստամբուլում անընդունելի է համարել տարածաշրջանում փակ սահմանների առկայությունը

Ստամբուլում հունիսի 29-ին կայացել է Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՍԾՏՀ) ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի 36-րդ հանդիպումը, որին նախորդել էր կազմակերպության Ավագ պաշտոնյաների կոմիտեի նիստը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Հանդիպմանը մասնակցվում էին ՍԾՏՀ անդամ պետությունների պատվիրակություններ` ԱԳ նախարարների տեղակալների, Թուրքիայում հավատարմագրված դեսպանների և ԱԳ նախարարությունների համապատասխան վարչությունների պետերի մակարդակով:
Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը ղեկավարում էր ՀՀ ԱԳՆ Բազմակողմ և երկկողմ տնտեսական համագործակցության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Քոչարյանը, ով ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի հանդիպմանը հանես եկավ ելույթով:
Իր ելույթում Աշոտ Քոչարյանն անդրադարձավ ՍԾՏՀ շրջանակներում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացին, կարևորեց կազմակերպության տնտեսական բաղադրիչի զարգացումը՝ նշելով, որ տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունը պետք է ներառի ՍԾՏՀ անդամ բոլոր երկրներին և այն չի կարող իրականացվել փակ սահմանների ու ապրանքների ազատ տեղաշարժին խանգարող խոչընդոտների առկայության պարագայում:
Աշոտ Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը բարդ տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ և ծառայություններ առաջարկող երկիր է և զբաղեցնում է իր յուրահատուկ տեղը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիանների համաշխարհային քարտեզի վրա՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանում ստեղծված է գործարարությամբ զբաղվելու բարենպաստ օրենսդրական և ազատ ներդրումային միջավայր: Այդ համատեքստում հիշատակվեցին մի շարք միջազգային ֆինանսական և տնտեսական կառույցների զեկույցները, ըստ որոնց Հայաստանը բարձր դիրք է զբաղեցնում գործարարությամբ զբաղվելու և տնտեսական ազատություն ապահովելու դասակարգումներում:
Հանդիպման արդյունքում ընդունվեցին մի շարք բանաձևեր, որոշումներ և առաջարկություններ: ՍԾՏՀ վեցամսյա նախագահությունը Թուրքիայից փոխանցվեց Ուկրաինային»:
Թուրքիան 1993թ.-ից միակողմանիորեն փակել է հայ-թուրքական սահմանը: Հայաստանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է հարաբերությունների բարելավման քայլերի առանց նախապայմանների:
