«Դատալեքս» ՀՀ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի շտեմարանը՝ նոր տարբերակով

ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենը նորացված տարբերակով ներկայացրեց «Դատալեքս» դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգի շտեմարանը: Այն դարձել է որոնման առումով ավելի արագ և հարմար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` փոփոխված տարբերակում քաղաքացին հնարավորություն կունենա դատական գործերի բանալի բառերով և քրեական օրենսգրքի հոդվածներով փնտրելու, օրինաչափություններ դուրս բերելու և հետազոտություններ անելու, ինչպես նաև գործի ընթացքին հետևելու անհատական օրացույցի միջոցով:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի կենտրոնին աջակցության համար՝ ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը նշեց, որ այս տեղեկատվական համակարգի ներդրման շնորհիվ առաջին անգամ քաղաքացին հնարավորություն ունեցավ առցանց կատարել դատական գործերի որոնումներ, տեսնել դատական գործերին վերաբերող բոլոր տեղեկությունները և հետևել կոնկրետ գործերի շարժին, ինչը նպաստեց դատական համակարգի հրապարակայնության ապահովմանը:
«Դատական դեպարտամենի կողմից ձեռնարկվել են բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները «Դատալեքս»-ի կարողությունները ավելի զարգացնելու համար: Իրականացված աշխատանքների շնորհիվ այս տեղեկատվական համակարգում բացվել է նոր պատուհան՝ «Խելացի որոնում» անվամբ, որը նախնական փուլում գործելու է քրեական դաշտում, այնուհետև այլ ոլորտներում»,- ասաց Փոլադյանը:
«Մեյսիս Ինֆորմեյշն Սիսթեմս» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ Վահե Ղազարյանը, ով մշակել է «Խելացի որոնում» համակարգը, ներկայացրեց որոնման համակարգի բոլոր հնարավորություններ:
«Այս որոնման համակարգը մշակելուց առաջ հավաքել ենք բոլոր օգտատերերի կարծիքները և կյանքի կոչել բոլոր առաջարկություններն ու դիտողությունները, որոնք «Դատալեքս»-ի վերաբերյալ եղել են: Հաջորդ քայլով մենք ավելացրեցինք նոր մոդուլ՝ «Խելացի որոնում», որը բոլոր քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն կտա բանալի բառերով գտնել տվյալ գործի մասին տեղեկությունը»,- ասաց Ղազարյանը: Ըստ նրա` տեղեկատվական համակարգի նոր տարբերակը թույլ է տալիս մեծ թվով օգտատերերին ապահովել արդյունավետ փնտրման գործիքներով:
ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ տեղակալ Դմիտրի Մարիասին նշեց, որ նոր տարբերկով ավելի հեշտ կլինի դատական գործերի որոնումը:
« Շատ ողջունելի է, որ հանրային ծառայությունները Հայաստանում դառնում է ավելի բաց և թափանցիկ քաղաքացիների համար: Սա այն է, ինչ երիտասարդ Հայաստանը անում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության և կառավարության միջև համագործակցությունը ավելի սերտացնելու համար»,- ընդգծեց Մարիասին:
