Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդունել է Ճապոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալին

 ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հունիսի 29-ին ընդունեց Հայաստան ժամանած Ճապոնիայի խորհրդարանական արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Մոտոմե Տակիսավային: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ 25 տարի առաջ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից ի վեր հայ-ճապոնական հարաբերությունները կայուն զարգացում են ապրել, ընդլայնվել նոր ոլորտներով և համալրվել նոր բովանդակությամբ։ Նախարարը հավելեց, որ Տոկիոյում և Երևանում դեսպանատների հիմնումը նոր լիցք հաղորդեց համագործակցությանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Մոտոմե Տակիսավան ընդգծեց, որ Ճապոնիայի իշխանությունները բարձր են գնահատում ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և օրենքի գերակայության արժեքները կիսող Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և նպատակադրված են ընդլայնել դրանք:

Զրուցակիցները հանգամանալից քննարկեցին երկկողմ համագործակցության խորացմանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Երկուստեք նշվեց, որ բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները, ԱԳՆ-երի միջև խորհրդատվությունները, համագործակցությունը միջազգային կառույցների շրջանակներում կարևոր դեր են խաղում հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման և խորացման գործում:

Նախարար Նալբանդյանը և նախարարի տեղակալ Տակիսավան կարևորեցին հայ-ճապոնական միջխորհրդարանական արդյունավետ փոխգործակցությունը:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ արվեց հայ-ճապոնական տնտեսական, մշակութային, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, զբոսաշրջության, ինչպես նաև տարերային աղետների կանխարգելման և ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտներում համագործակցության ակտիվացմանը։ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը երախտագիտություն հայտնեց անկախությունից ի վեր Հայաստանի զարգացմանը Ճապոնիայի ցուցաբերած շարունակական աջակցության համար։

Զրույցի ընթացքում կարևորվեց առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության բնագավառում պայմանագրային դաշտի ամրապնդումը, անդրադարձ կատարվեց մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի դյուրացման հնարավորությանը։

Նախարար Նալբանդյանը ներկայացրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերը՝ գոհունակություն հայտնելով այս հարցում Ճապոնիայի հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշման առնչությամբ:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկեցին ասիական և խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջաններում առկա խնդիրները, դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային օրակարգի հրատապ այլ հարցեր:
