Հայաստանի 291 ներառական դպրոցներ 7000 երեխա է հաճախում

Հայաստանում, չնայած որոշակի խնդիրներին, ներառական կրթության արդյունքների գնահատականն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական է: Ներառական դպրոցների թիվն աճում է՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ. 2017-ի մարտի մեկի դրությամբ դրանց թիվն ավելացել է 81-ով: Սյունիքի մարզն արդեն անցել է համընդհանուր ներառմանը: Նախատեսվում է 2017-ին համընդհանուր ներառման անցնել Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության զարգացման ծրագրերի և մոնիտորինգի վարչության պետ Ռոբերտ Ստեփանյանը:
«Տոկոսային հարաբերակցությամբ ներառական դպրոցների բաշխվածությունը գրեթե հավասար է: Ամենաշատ ներառական դպրոցներ կան Երևանում` 67, իսկ Արագածոտնում ամենաքիչը` 5 դպրոց: Ներկայում չկա մարզ, որտեղ ընդհանրապես բացակայի ներառական դպրոց: Սյունիքի բոլոր դպրոցներն իրականացնում են ներառական կրթություն: Այս տարի նախատեսվում է Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում ևս անցնել համընդհանուր ներառմանը»,-ասաց Ռոբերտ Ստեփանյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` ներառական կրթության արդյունքների գնահատականն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական է, թեև կան նաև խնդիրներ: Խնդիրներից մեկը ներկայումս ներառական կրթություն իրականացնող անհրաժեշտ կադրերի պակասն է, որը լրացնելու ուղղությամբ տարվում են աշխատանքներ: Թափուր հաստիքների համար տրվել են հայտարարություններ: Ներառական կրթություն իրականացնում են տարբեր մասնագիտացումներով հատուկ մանկավարժները: Մասնագետները հիմնականում հատուկ դպրոցների կադրերն են, որոնք վերապատրաստումն անցնելուց հետո ուսուցանում են ներառական կրթություն իրականացնող դպրոցներում,-ասաց Ռոբերտ Ստեփանյանը:
«2016-ին կար ներառական կրթություն իրականացնող 210 դպրոց, իսկ 2017-ի մարտի մեկի դրությամբ` 291: 2016-ին 2-ական դպրոցներ ավելացել են Արարատի, Արմավիրի և Վանաձորի մարզերում, 1-ական դպրոց՝ Շիրակի և Լոռու մարզում, 3 դպրոց՝ Կոտայքում, 4 դպրոց՝ Արագածոտնում, ևս 66 դպրոց՝ Տավուշի մարզում, սակայն այնտեղ այլ սխեմայով են ֆինանսավորվում, իրականացվում է փորձնական ծրագիր: Իսկ ներառական կրթության կարիք ունեցող, դպրոցներում հաշվառված երեխաների թիվն այս պահին մոտ 7000 է»,-եզրափակեց Ստեփանյանը:
