«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.
«ՀՀ գլխավոր համաճարակաբան Արա Ասոյանը վստահեցնում է՝ Հայաստանում՝ Երևանում, որևիցե մարզում և շրջանում, այս կամ այն վարակիչ հիվանդության աճ, բարձրացում չկա։ Պարզապես, ըստ մասնագետի՝ ժողովուրդը պետք է հետևի այն սննդին, որն օգտագործում է։
«Հայաստանն աշխարհի այն բացառիկ երկրներից մեկն է, որտեղ ձմռան և ամռան ջերմաստիճանի տատանումը մինչև 65 աստիճանի է հասնում, բայց, ցավոք սրտի, բոլոր հայերը չեն, որ ելնելով դրանից՝ սնունդ են տարբերակում։ Մենք և՛ ձմռան ցրտին, և ՛ամռան շոգին գրեթե նույն ճաշատեսակներն ենք ուտում տարբեր առիթների դեպքում։ Խոզի խորովածներն են՝ ծանր ուտելիքները, իսկ ամռանը կա սննդատեսակ, որից պետք է հրաժարվել և մինիմումի հասցնել՝ կաթնեղենը, սունկը»,- նկատեց Ա. Ասոյանը։
Խոսելով այն մասին, որ պետք է շատ ջուր խմել ամռանը, բանախոսն ասաց. «Ես ուզում եմ զգուշացնել և կրկնել՝ շատ ջուր խմում է այն մարդը, որը շատ ջուր է կորցնում քրտինքի միջոցով։ Մարդիկ կան, որ շոգի ժամանակ քրտնում են, բավականին շատ կորցնում են, և, բնականաբար, նրանք պետք է ջուր խմեն, որ վերականգնեն այդ կորուստները։ Բայց ընդհանրապես դա դարձնել նորմա, որ բոլորս անխտիր պետք է օրական 3 լիտր ջուր խմենք, իրականությունից, մեղմ ասած, բավականին հեռու է»։
