Վաղը՝ հունիսի 29 -ին Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Դիլիջանի նստավայրում  տեղի կունենա Դավիթ Բեգլարյանի գործով դատաքննությունը: Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Դավիթ Բեգլարյանը 2016 թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին դիմելով ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության Աբովյանի անձնագրային բաժանմունք և ներկայացնելով երկվորյակ եղբոր՝ Սամվել Բեգլարյանի, կենսաչափական տվյալները, օգտագործելու նպատակով, 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ստացել է եղբոր՝ Սամվել Բեգլարյանի կենսաչափական տվյալներով լրացված, սակայն իր լուսանկարով, ՀՀ քաղաքացու AP 0560626 սերիա-համարի ակնհայտ կեղծ անձնագիրը: Բացի այդ, Դավիթ Բեգլարյանը, 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը՝ 23:08-ին, վերոհիշյալ ակնհայտ կեղծ անձնագրի օգտագործմամբ ՀՀ Բագրատաշեն հսկիչ-անցագրային կետով հատել է ՀՀ պահպանվող պետական սահմանը:

Իսկ  Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Զարզանդ Չիլինգարյանի դատաքննությունն է: Նրան  մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ  1992թ. մայիս ամսին Արցախյան մարտերին մասնակցելու նպատակով դիմում է ներկայացրել «Կարիճ» կամավորական ջոկատ, որի  շտաբում 1992թ. հունիս ամսին ստացել է АК-74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգներից և  РПК-74  տեսակի ձեռքի գնդացիրներից և համապատասխան տրամաչափի ակոսափող այլ զենքերից կրակելու համար նախատեսված թվով 29 հատ տրամաչափի մարտական փամփուշտներ, սակայն մարտական գործողությունների չի մասնակցել, իսկ իրեն հանձնված փամփուշտները չի վերադարձրել ՝ դրանք  ապօրինի պահելով իր տանը:

Կենտրոն- Նորք Մարաշ համայնքների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ Արշակ Վարդանյանի նախագահությամբ վաղը կսկսվի «Ա. Շաբոյան» պարի խմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Արտակ Շաբոյանի դատավարությունը: Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ նա Մ 2016թ. հունվար ամսին համացանցի միջոցով տեղեկանալով, որ նույն թվականի մարտի 17-20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Նիցցա և Մոնտե-Կառլո քաղաքներում տեղի պարի միջազգային փառատոն, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել Շիրակի մարզի «Վահրամաբերդ»  համայնքում գործող պարի խմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Արա Մելիքսեթյանի հետ` պարի խմբերը միմյանց միացնելու և «Վահրամաբերդ» պարի խմբի անվան տակ նշված փառատոնին հանդես գալու վերաբերյալ: Ստանալով վերջինիս համաձայնությունը՝ բանկային փոխանցման եղանակով նշված փառատոնի հաշվեհամարին փոխանցել է 2.464 եվրո գումար, ինչի արդյունքում ստացել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունում կայանալիք պարի փառատոնին մասնակցելու հրավերք: Այնուհետև 9 տարբեր քաղաքացիների ընդգրկելով «Վահրամաբերդ» պարի խմբի ցուցակում նրանցից պահանջել և ստացել է 2.280 եվրո գումար:
