Իրանը քայլեր կձեռնարկի ի պատասխան երկրի քաղաքացիների մուտքի արգելքի մասին Թրամփի հրամանագրի վերաբերյալ գերագույն դատարանի որոշման

Իրանը հայտարարել է, որ պատասխան գործողություններ կձեռնարկի ի պատասխան ԱՄՆ-ի գերագույն դատարանի որոշման, որով մասամբ թույլատրվել է մեծամասամբ մահմեդական բնակչությամբ վեց երկրների քաղաքացիների մուտքի արգելքի մասին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հրամանագրի իրականացումը, հայտնում է Reuters գործակալությունը:
Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ-ում դաշնային դատավորներն արգելափակել էին մարտի 6-ի Թրամփի հրամանագիրը, որով սահմանվում է 90 օրով վեց երկրների, այդ թվում Իրանի քաղաքացիների և 120 օրով՝ բոլոր փախստականների մուտքի արգելք:
Դատարանի վճիռը ցույց է տալիս «այդ երկրի առաջնորդների որոշումը՝ խտրականություն կիրառել մահմեդականների նկատմամբ», ասել է Իրանի արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ Բարհամ Քասեմին:
«Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը, մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելով Ամերիկայի գերագույն դատարանի վերջին որոշումը, կձեռնարկի համաչափ գործողություններ»,- ասել է Քասեմին:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել է, որ ԱՄՆ գերագույն դատարանը երկուշաբթի վճիռ է կայացրել հօգուտ նախագահ Թրամփի՝ մասամբ վերականգնելով առավելապես մահմեդական բնակչությամբ 6 երկրի քաղաքացիների մուտքի արգելքի մասին հրամանագրի ուժը: Ավելի վաղ ստորադաս դատարանի որոշումներն արգելափակել էին մարտի 6-ի հրամանագրի առանցքային հատվածները:
Դաշնային դատավորները երկու անգամ կանգնեցրել են նախագահի հրամանագրի իրագործումը, որով սահմանափակվում էր ԱՄՆ մուտքը մի շարք երկրների քաղաքացիների համար:
Թրամփը մարտի 6-ին ստորագրել է նոր հրամանագիր, որն ԱՄՆ մուտքի ժամանակավոր արգելք է սահմանում հիմնականում մահմեդական բնակչությամբ Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի վեց երկրի՝ Իրանի, Եմենի, Լիբիայի, Սիրիայի, Սոմալիի և Սուդանի քաղաքացիների համար:
Առաջին նմանատիպ հրամանագիրը Թրամփը ստորագրել էր հունվարի 27-ին, այսինքն՝ երդմնակալությունից մեկ շաբաթ անց: Այդ հրամանագրում «սև ցուցակում» ներառվել էր 7 պետություն՝ այդ թվում Իրաքը, որը երկրորդ տարբերակում հանվել է ցուցակից:
