1. Ստեղծեք սեփական, ձեր ցանկություններին համապատասխանող տարիքային փոփոխությունների սցենարներ: Ձեզ պատկերացրեք 30, 40, 50 եւ այլ տարեկան: Բնականաբար, իդեալական տարբերակ ընտրեք, որի դեպքում դուք իրական տարիքից զգալիորեն երիտասարդ տեսք կունենաք եւ ձեր հասակակիցներից ավելի եռանդուն կլինեք: Սա կօգնի ձեզ պահպանել երիտասարդությունը, առողջությունը եւ գեղեցկությունը:
2. Խուսափեք սթրեսներից: Տհաճ իրավիճակում հայտնվելով` մտածեք այն մասին, թե այն որքան չնչին է ամբողջ կյանքի ծավալի համեմատությամբ: Խնդրին փիլիսոփայորեն մոտեցեք, հիշեք Սողոմոն թագավորի մատանու վրա գրված հայտնի ասացվածքը` «Ամեն ինչ անցնում է, եւ սա էլ կանցնի»:
3. Մարդկանց հանդեպ բարի եւ ներողամիտ եղեք: Սովորեք նրանց սխալները ներել, եւ դուք կնկատեք, թե ձեր առողջությունը որքան կբարելավվի: Չէ՞ որ երբ ձեր հոգու մեջ վիրավորանքներն են ապրում, դուք ենթագիտակցորեն կապված եք մնում վիրավորողին, ուժեր եք կորցնում եւ հիվանդանում: Իսկ ներումը ձեզ ազատում է այս կախվածությունից եւ հոգին ապաքինում է:
4. Այն ամենը, ինչ նախաձեռնում եք, աշխատեք հանգիստ եւ վստահ կատարել: Բժիշկները շտապողականությունը «շտապող մարդասպան» են անվանում, քանի որ այն օրգանիզմին ստիպում է մեծ քանակով ադրենալին արտադրել, որը «հալածում» է սիրտը, լարվածություն ստեղծում եւ վերջնարդյունքում` առողջությունը լրջորեն վնասում:
