Պաշպանության նախարարությունը բավականին լայն աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել սահմանային համայնքների խնդիրների շուրջ

 Ներկայումս ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունն ունի յուրաքանչյուր սահմանամերձ համայնքի անձնագիրը, որտեղ ներկայացված են համայնքի խնդիրները, բնակչության, առկա ռեսուրսների մասին տեղեկությունները և խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հունիսի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: Նրա խոսքով` վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծված այն միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովը, որը ղեկավարում է ինքը` մի շարք արտագնա նիստեր է անցկացրել հենց սահմանամերձ համայնքներում` հանդիպելով տեղի բնակչության հետ, քննարկելով խնդիրները տեղում և ի մի բերել դրանք:

«Այս ընթացքում բավականին շատ աշխատել ենք սահմանային համայնքների խնդիրների շուրջ: Պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալն աշխատում է միջազգային գործընվերներ կառույցների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ, որոնք սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բավականին աշխատանքներ են իրականացրել վերջին տարիներին՝ երբեմն նաև չհամակարգված, և մենք փորձում ենք փոխադարձ ըմբռնմամբ հասկանալ, թե որ խնդիրը, որտեղ և ինչպես պետք է ավելի արագ և արդյունավետ լուծենք»,-ասաց նախարարը` կարծիք հայտնելով, որ շատ կարճ ժամանակում կարողանալու են մատնանշել, թե որ համայնքում որ խնդիրներն են առաջնահերթ: Ըստ նրա` որոշ տեղերում անվտանգության խնդիրներն են առաջնահերթ` հատկապես ուսումնական հաստատությունների մոտ պատնեշների, թաքստոցների կառուցումը և այլն, որոշ դեպքերում դրանք տնտեսական զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ որոշակի աջակցություններն են:

Նախարարը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մի շարք ծրագրեր արդեն ներառված են 2018 թվականի բյուջեի գերատեսչական ծրագրերի մեջ և կդառնան քննարկման առարկա` բյուջեի քննարկման ժամանակ: «Այստեղ ունենք նաև մի շարք հարցեր՝ կապված սահմանամերձ համայնքների երիտասարդների ուսման հետ: Կարծում եմ, առաջիկայում դրանց շուրջ կկարողանանք լուծումներ առաջարկել»,- ավելացրեց Սարգսյանը:
