Ijustlovemovies-ը գրում է, որ Թինայի կարիերայի սկզբում շշուկներ էին պտտվում, որ նա ամուսնացել է Մահաշ Կումար Ջայվալի հետ, ով Koi Aane Ko Hai հեռուստասերիալի պրոդյուսերն էր։ Թինան հերքել է այդ շշուկներն ու նշել, որ իր համար տհաճ են նման խոսակցությունները, սակայն լրատվամիջոցները համառորեն գրում են, որ նրանք ուղղակի միասին չեն եղել, ապրել են իրար հետ։
«Ես բողոքում էի ու ցանկանում էի, որ այդ խոսակցություններն ավարտվեն, սակայն հետագայում հասկացա, որ դրանցից խուսափելն անհնար է։ Ես պարզապես հաշտվեցի այդ լուրերի հետ»,- ասել է Թինան։
