Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկը հետաքրքրված է Հայաստանում էներգետիկ համակարգի ներդրումային ծրագրերով:
ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների եւ բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը հանդիպել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի պատվիրակությանը՝ բանկի վարկային գծով ավագ մասնագետ Վիոլին Սիլվեստրոյի գլխավորությամբ։ Նախարարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են համագործակցության ընդլայնման, էներգետիկ համակարգում իրականացվող նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերում բանկի ներգրավմանն առնչվող հարցեր։ Կարեւորվել է հատկապես պետություն-մասնավոր հատված ձեւաչափով համագործակցությունը:
Աշոտ Մանուկյանը հյուրերին ներկայացրել է էներգետիկ համակարգում նախատեսվող ներդրումային ծրագրերը, որոնք վերաբերում են «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերության ենթակայանների վերակառուցմանը, «Շնող» ՀԷԿ-ի եւ կենցաղային աղբի վերամշակումից էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության կայանի կառուցմանը։
Խոսելով «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերության ներդրումային ծրագրի մասին՝ նախարարը ընգծել է, որ առկա 16 ենթակայաններից արդեն իսկ վերակառուցվել է 10-ը։ Եվս 2-ը հնարավոր կլինի արդիականացնել համակարգում իրականացված ներդրումային ծրագրերի արդյունքում տնտեսված միջոցների հաշվին։
«Հայաստանը ակնկալում է բանկի մասնակցությունը մյուս չորս ենթակայանների վերակառուցման ծրագրերին: Դրանով կավարտվի բոլոր ենթակայանների արդիականացումը, ինչը անհրաժեշտ է տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության շրջանակներում էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարանցիկ հոսքերը սպասարկելու համար»,-նշել է Աշոտ Մանուկյանը։
Հյուրերին ծանոթացնելով «Շնող» ՀԷԿ-ի եւ կենցաղային աղբի վերամշակումից էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության կայանի կառուցման ծրագրերին՝ նախարարը կարեւորել է դրանց ինչպես էներգետիկ, այնպես էլ տնտեսական ու սոցիալական նշանակությունը։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ներդրումային ծրագրերը համակողմանի եւ մանրամասն ներկայացնելու համար՝ Վիոլին Սիլվեստրոն հայտնել է Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի նկատմամբ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի հետաքրքրությունների եւ համագործակցության պատրաստակամության մասին։
