Ավելի քան հարյուր սիրիահայերի սեփական բիզնեսը զարգացնելու համար վարկեր են տրամադրվել

100-ից ավելի սիրիահայերի արդեն տրամադրվել են ցածր՝ 4 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով և 5 տարի ժամկետով վարկեր։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մայիսի 27-ին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանն ընտանեկան բիզնեսով չզբաղվող սիրիահայ գործարաների հնչեցրած բողոքների վերաբերյալ, թե հարկերը շատ են, նշեց, որ բոլոր գործարարներն էլ երազում են հարկ չմուծել և զարգացնել բիզնեսը։

«Իհարկե, կան տարբերություններ Սիրիայի և Հայաստանի հարկային քաղաքականության մեջ, բայց նրանք հարմարվում են։ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հետ մենք ստեղծել ենք ուսուցման կենտրոն, որտեղ մեկ ամիս սիրիահայերը սովորում են, այնուհետև բիզնես ծրագրեր են մշակում։ Ծրագրերին համապատասխան տրվում են վարկեր 4 տոկոսով ու 5 տարի ժամկետով։ Այդպիսի սիրիահայերն արդեն 100-ից ավելի են»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը։

Անդրադառնալով սիրիահայերին վերաբերող մի շարք այլ խնդիրների, ինչպիսիք են կրթությունը, մեքենաների մաքսազերծումն,առողջապահությունը և այլն, նախարարը հավելեց, որ պետությունը սիրիահայերի կրթության հարցերը՝ մանկապարտեզից մինչև համալսարան, լուծում է անվճար։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը 3000-ից ավելի սիրիահայերի առողջապահական, սոցիալական բոլոր հարցերը կարգավորել է։ Մի քանի ամիս առաջ հատկացվել է 240 մլն դրամ սիրիահայերի ավտոմեքենաների մաքսազերծման խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար։ Ամբողջությամբ կազմակերպվում է ամառային հանգիստի խնդիրը, ինտեգրման ծրագիրն է իրականացվում։ Չկան այնպիսի հարցեր, որոնց հիմնական մասը պետությունը չիրականացնի, իսկ մյուս մասն էլ համահայկական կազմակերպությունների, բարեգործության և այլ կառույցների օգնությամբ»,- նշեց նախարարը։

Նա հավելեց, որ Հայաստանում ապրող 22.000 սիրիահայերի 95-96 տոկոսն ապրում է Երևանում, քանի որ նրանք եկել են Հալեպից ու Դամասկոսից ու գյուղական կյանքով ապրելու և հողի հետ աշխատելու հնարավորությունը չգիտեն։
