Մի քանի օրում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ներկայիս ղեկավար Պեդրո Ագրամունտի հրաժարականի գործընթացը ավարտին կմոտենա: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ԵԽԽՎ հայկական պատվիրակության անդամ, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
«Գիտեք, որ այսօր առավոտյան կանոնակարգի հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Լիլիան Մորի Պասկեի զեկույցը առանց ձեւափոխման 154 կողմ, 30 դեմ ձայներով ընդունվեց: Այն իրենից ենթադրում է կանոնակարգում հետկանչի մեխանիզմի ամրագրում, որը վերաբերում է ԵԽԽՎ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին: Կարծում եմ՝ այս քննարկումներն ուղղակիորեն բացահայտեցին նրանց, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ կարողացել են թաքնված կերպով իրականացնել Ադրբեջանի լոբբինգը: Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության ղեկավարը նույնպես չկարողացավ զսպել էմոցիաները եւ սկսեց պաշտպանել Ագրամունտին, ով երեկ երեկոյան ուղղակիորեն փախել էր Իսպանիա: Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության ղեկավարը բղավում էր, որ այս փոփոխությամբ հայկական կողմն է շահագրգիռ, այո, սակայն սա միայն Ագրամունտի հարցը չէ, այլեւ բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաների, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ ներգրավված են եղել կոռուպցիոն գործընթացներում եւ եվրոպական արժեքները ոտնահարելով՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ն վերածել են բաց աճուրդի»,-ասաց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այժմ բավականին լուրջ աշխատանք է տարվում հենց հանձնաժողովների ներսում, քննարկվում են բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի պատգամավորները Ստրասբուրգում ընթացող ամառային նստաշրջանում բանաձեւ են ընդունել նրա անդամների պատասխանատվության սկզբունքի վերաբերյալ: Փաստաթուղթը նպատակամղված է ԵԽԽՎ-ի կանոնակարգում նրա ղեկավարների պաշտոնազրկման մեխանիզմի ստեղծմանը, ինչն առաջիկայում կարող է բերել ԵԽԽՎ-ի ղեկավար Պեդրո Ագրամունտի պաշտոնաթողությանը:
Հունիսի 26-ին էլ Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հինգ հիմնական քաղաքական խմբերից մեկը՝ Եվրոպայի ժողովրդական կուսակցությունը, ձայների մեծամասնությամբ քվեարկել էր ԵԽԽՎ-ի ներկայիս ղեկավար Պեդրո Ագրամունտին անվստահություն հայտնելու օգտին:
