Դատարանը մերժեց դատախազին բացարկ հայտնելու միջնորդությունը. Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի եւ մյուսների գործով նիստը հետաձգվեց

Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի եւ մյուսների գործով դատավարությանն այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին,  դատարանը վերադառնալով խորհրդակցական սենյակից՝ անհիմն լինելու պատճառաբանությամբ մերժեց ամբաստանյալ Սասունիկ Կիրակոսյանի պաշտպան Կարեն Հակոբյանի՝ դատախազին բացարկ հայտնելու մասին միջնորդությունը:

Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Եգորյանն էլ նշեց, որ այսօրվա նիստը տեղի է ունեցել բազմաթիվ ընթակարագային խախտումներով՝ մասնավորապես մատնանշելով Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի, Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանի եւ Ներսես Պողոսյանի՝ դատական նիստերի դահլիճից բացակայելու փաստը. «Ես ստիպված եմ դադարեցենլ իմ ներկայությունը մինչեւ նրանց վերադարձը»:

Դատարանը նշեց, որ այդ առնչությամբ արդեն պարզաբանում ներկայացվել է եւ լրացուցիչ պարզաբանում չի ներակայացնելու:

Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց, հաջոդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա հունիսի 30-ին, ժամը 11-ին:

Նշենք, որ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը եւ Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանն այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին, հեռացվել են նիստերի դահլիճից. Սեֆիլյանը՝ 6 ժամով, իսկ Սաֆարյանը՝ 3 ժամով:

Նշենք, որ այս գործը քննվում է Երեւանի Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, սակայն նիստերն արվում են արտագնա` Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում:

Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 24.04.2015 թվականին Երեւան քաղաքում բռնություն գործադրելով, գույք ոչնչացնելով եւ վնասելով, ինչպես նաեւ իշխանության ներկայացուցչին զինված դիմադրություն ցույց տալով արտահայտված, հասարակական անվտանգությունը վտանգող զանգվածային անկարգություններ հրահրելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, 2014 թվականի մայիսից դրա կազմակերպմանն ուղղված նախապատրաստական գործողություններ կատարելու համար:

Բացի այդ, ըստ մեղադրանքի, 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերից մինչեւ 2016 թվականի մայիսի 18-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, պահել եւ փոխադրել հրազեն եւ ռազմամթերք, նպատակ ունենալով զենքի գործադրմամբ, կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով զավթել եւ պահել ռազմավարական նշանակության շենքեր, շինություններ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով ավարտին չի հասցվել:  Սեֆիլյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-225-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 35-219-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
