Սևանա լճից 100 մլն խորանարդ լրացուցիչ ջուր բաց թողնելը կլուծի ոռոգման խնդիրները

ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը բացատրել է, թե ինչի համար է կառավարությունը որոշում ընդունել Սևանա լճից 100 մլն խորանարդ մետր լրացուցիչ ջուր բաց թողնելու վերաբերյալ: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արսեն Հարությունյանը պարզաբանեց, որ այս պահին Ախուրյանի ջրամբարում 230 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ջրի պակաս կա: «Անցած տարի այս օրերին Ախուրյանի ջրամբարն ամբողջովին լցվել էր, և թափվում էր ջուրը, սակայն այսօր մենք այնտեղ 230 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ջուր լցնելու խնդիր ունենք: Ազատի ջրամբարում էլ 17 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ջուր լցնել է պետք: Մենք այդ ջուրը Սևանից տանում ենք ջրամբարները լցնելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Արսեն Հարությունյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե այս տարվա կլիման նախորդ տարվանից շատ չի տարբերվել, Արսեն Հարությունյանը պատասխանեց, որ կլիման այս տարի շատ է տարբերվում: «Հիմա մենք արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից տեղեկատվություն ունենք, որ այս տարի վիճակը 20 տոկոսով ավելի է ծանրացել: Անցած ձմեռը բավականին ձնառատ է եղել, բայց գարնանն ակնկալվող անձրևները, որոնք այդ ձյունը պետք է տանեին ջրամբարներ, չեն եղել: Գարնանը եղել է արև, որն այդ ձյունը գոլորշիացրել է, մի մասն էլ հողն է ներծծել իր մեջ»,- մանրամասնեց Հարությունյանը:
Լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, թե բնապահպաններն էլ բարձրաձայնում են Սևանա լճից լրացուցիչ ջուր բաց թողնելու դեպքում բնապահպանական աղետի մասին, Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ Սևանա լճի մակարդակն ունի շեմ, որից ավելի չի կարող բարձրանալ: Այդ շեմը 1902 մետր 63 սանտիմետրն է: Այսօր լճի մակարդակը 1900 մետր 93 սանտիմետր է: Հետևաբար, մշտական բարձրացում չի կարող լինել: Օրենքում նշված է, որ տարին մենք պետք է ավարտենք դրական սալդոյով, մենք այդ դրական սալդոն կապահովենք»,- նշեց նա:
Արսեն Հարությունյանն անդրադարձավ նաև նոր ջրամբարների կառուցման վերաբերյալ հարցին: Նա հայտնեց, որ արդեն մեկնարկել են Վեդու ջրամբարի շինարարական աշխատանքները: «Ես անցած հինգշաբթի եղել եմ այնտեղ, կարող եմ ասել, որ ակտիվ շինարարություն է ընթանում: Նախորդ կառավարության կողմից հաստատված նոր ջրամբարների շինարարության ծրագրերն էլ ընթացքի մեջ են: Հիմա դրանք ուսումնասիրությունների փուլում են, տեխնիկական ընթացակարգերն են ընթանում, որպեսզի մրցույթներ հայտարարվեն»,- եզրափակեց նա:
