Տնտեսագետը աղքատության մակարդակի կրճատման տարբերակներից մեկը համարում է համաշխարհային շուկայում պարենամթերքի գների նվազումը

Հայաստանում աղքատության մակարդակը կարող է իջնել ոչ միայն բնակչության եկամուտների աճի շնորհիվ, այլ նաև` համաշխարհային շուկայում պարենամթերքի գների նվազման: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունիսի 27-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց լրագրող Հայկ Գևորգյանը:
«Օրինակ` համաշխարհային շուկայում վերջին ամիսներին շաքարավազի գները շատ արագ տեմպերով նվազում են, նկատվել է մինչև 30 տոկոս անկում, սակայն Հայաստանում դրա գներն ընդհանրապես չեն փոխվել: Եթե շաքարավազն էժանանար այնքան, որքան համաշխարհային շուկայում է էժանացել, մեզ մոտ մեկ տոկոսով աղքատությունը կնվազեր»,- ասաց նա:
Գևորգյանի խոսքով` աշխարհում երկար ժամանակ պարենամթերքի գներն անընդհատ նվազում են, սակայն Հայաստանում այդ նույն տեմպերով նվազում չի եղել: Ըստ նրա, եթե կա աղքատության մակարդակի նվազեցման խնդիր, ապա դրա հետ մեկտեղ պետք է վերացնել մենաշնորհները:
Տնտեսագետ Վիլեն Խաչատրյանը նկատեց, որ մինչև 2022 թվականն աղքատության մակարդակը պետք է կազմի 20 տոկոս, ներկայիս 32-ից իջնելով 12 տոկոսային կետով: Այսինքն՝ այն յուրաքանչյուր տարի պետք է նվազի 2 տոկոսով:
«Ստացվում է,որ մենք պետք է հաղթահարենք մի ցուցանիշ, որին հասել էինք 2008-2009 թվականիններին` ֆինանսատնտեսական ճգնաժամից առաջ: Մենք հասել էինք 20 տոկոս աղքատության մակարդակին, սակայն աշխարհի ընթացքը ստիպեց, որպեսզի ետ վերադառնանք մեր տեմպերին»,- ասաց Խաչատրյանը` հավելելով, որ կառավարության ծրագրում չկա նշված թվային հաշվարկ, թե որքան միջոցներ են հարկավոր աղքատությունը 12 տոկոսով հաղթահարելու համար:
