Հայաստանի կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը վստահեցնում է, որ ցանկացած ոք կարող է ապրանք ներմուծել Հայաստան առանց խոչընդոտների: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե սահմանը բա՞ց է բոլոր ներկրողների առաջ, ով ինչ ցանկանա, կարո՞ղ է ներկրել, ՊԵԿ նախագահը դրական պատասխան տվեց. «Հարյուր տոկոսով: Դուք բերեք մի փաստ, որ ինչ-որ մեկն ուզում է մի բան ներկրել, և հարկային ու մաքսային մարմինները խոչընդոտում են»:
Լրագրողներից մեկի հարցին, թե քանի ընկերություն է շաքարավազ ներկրում, ՊԵԿ նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ 20-ից ավելի ընկերություններ ներկրում են: Վարդան Հարությունյանը դժվարացավ պատասխանել հարցին, թե քանի ընկերություն է բանանի ներկրմամբ զբաղվում:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ եթե մրցակցությունը ապահովված է, ինչո՞ւ գնանկում չկա՝ Վարդան Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ դրա պատճառը հարկերի ավելացումն է: «Բնական է, որ եթե նախկինում ստվերում էին գործում, բայց այսօր ստվերում չեն գործում որոշ ընկերություններ, գնի վրա դա որոշակի ազդեցություն պետք է ունենար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց նա:
