Գյումրիի կրակոցների գործով դեռ կասկածյալ չկա

Գյումրիի Սայաթ-Նովա փողոցում հունիսի 25-ին հնչած կրակոցների գործով այս պահի դրությամբ որպես կասկածյալ կամ մեղադրյալ չկա: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը: «Կա բերման ենթարկված անձ, բայց դա դեռևս չի վկայում, որ տվյալ անձը որևիցե առնչություն ունի տվյալ գործի հետ: Այդ անձի կամ մյուսների առնչությունը գործին պարզելու համար կատարվում են համապատասխան քննչական և այլ դատավարական, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ գործողություններ»,-նշեց Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս պահին չի կարող հրապարակել գործով քննված անձանց անունները: «Միանշանակ, այս գործով բազմաթիվ անձինք հրավիրվել են քննչական բաժին, ովքեր համապատասխան դատավարական կարգով հարցաքննվել են, բայց ներկա պահին որպես կասկածյալ և որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձիք չունենք»,-հավելեց Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը:

Հունիսի 25-ի երեկոյան` ժամը 23:15-ի սահմաններում, «Գյումրի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 1987 թվականի ծնված Գեորգի Հակոբյանը: Վերջինիս մոտ հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային վնասվածք որովայնի շրջանում: Տուժածը վիրահատվել է, և նրա վիճակն այս պահին գնահատվում է կայուն ծանր: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ ՔՕ 34, 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, մանրամասները, մասնակիցների, ականատես-վկաների շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
