«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներից Բելառուսը ԵՏՄ տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին Հայաստանի դեմ գանգատ է ներկայացրել: Նրանք դժգոհել են, որ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը իր պաշտոնական կայքէջում պետական գնումների, նաեւ գնումների վերաբերյալ մրցույթների մասին հայտարարությունները միայն հայերենով է տեղադրում, ինչը հակասում է ԵՏՄ պայմանագրի՝ 29.05.2014 թվականի 88 հոդվածի 1-ին մասին: Արդյունքում դժվարանում է Բելառուսի կողմից որպես մատակարար Հայաստանի պետական գնումներում մասնակցելու գործընթացը. այս փաստը «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում ահազանգել է տնտեսագետ Արտակ Մանուկյանը՝ ներկայացնելով նաեւ ԵՏՄ կայքում տեղադրված փաստաթուղթը: 

Մեկնաբանությունների համար «Ժողովուրդ»-ը դիմել է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարություն: Փոխնախարար Կարեն Թամրազյանը, ի պատասխան, տեղեկացրել է, որ այդ հարցը սկսել է քննարկվել դեռ 2015թ-ից, եւ դրա վերաբերյալ  2016թ. հուլիսի 5-ին եւ դրանից հետո անդամ-երկրների ներկայացուցիչների միջեւ տեղի են ունեցել խորհրդակցություններ: Փոխնախարարը նաեւ նշել է, թե ՀՀ-ում կազմակերպվող գնումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը (այդ թվում՝ ռուսերեն) պետական գնումների կայքում հրապարակման ուղղությամբ 2016 թվականի հուլիսից ի վեր իրականացվել ու իրականացվում են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ: 

Միայն թե նկատենք, որ Բելառուսի բողոքի մասին փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է այս տարի նոր միայն, չնայած, ՀՀ պաշտոնյայի պնդմամբ, խնդիրը քննարկվել ու ընդհանուր հայտարարի են եկել դեռ նախորդ տարվա հուլիսին: Այսինքն՝ ԵՏՄ անդամ երկիրն, այնուամենայնիվ, շարունակում է բարձրացնել առաջ քաշած հարցը՝ անհարմար դրության մեջ դնելով Հայաստանին»:
